Clownaphobia

Sonic and friends were having a great time. The circus was full of fun and exciting things, including fairy floss and the Ferris wheel. The sun was bright and the birds where chirping. Even Shadow seemed to be enjoying himself, which was pretty weird. He was especially happy after he had tasted the fried ice-cream.

"Hey guys look at all those colours and blurry rainbows, hey Amy! Why are you blood red? Sonic! Stop turning into a jackal! Cream, whats that smurf doing next to you? Wow! The sky is so pretty! Sonic I love you!"

Embarrassed they dragged him into the big top. Shadow stopped drabbling and started twitching. They got the very top seats and waited for the show to begin.

Then the lights went dark and the flashlights focused on the ringmaster.

"Welcome one and all to the amazing circus of amazement! Here you'll find magic in every corner and you'll smile all the way!" the ringmaster said cheerfully. "There will amazing trapeze acts, awesome acrobatics and colourful creatures!"

Everyone cheered. Soon all of the animals came on and jumped through flaming hoops and stuff. Everyone screamed in joy, and waited for the next act to come on. The trapeze artist were amazing, twisting through the air and doing flips and turns. Sonic scoffed that it was easy. Next there were the acrobatics, and Rouge claimed that she could do that with her eyes closed.

The ringmaster clapped happily and announced the next act. "Everyone's favourite part! Here come the clowns!" Everyone clapped and cheered as the clowns walked on and started their act. They smashed pies in people's faces and tripped over their own hats. Shadow woke up from a temporary fainting spell and woke up to hear laughing. He curiously looked around at their laughing faces and looked down at the clowns.

"Look children!" Gerald said smiling happily. "Some clowns have come all the way to the ARK just for you!"

Shadow saw their leering facings. They smiled up at him and waved and laughed. He frowned to himself.

"Come with us kiddies! We know something that's heaps of fun!" A tall, thin clown with green hair said. "We'll have a lot of fun."

He twitched a bit and felt bile climbing up his throat. Cream looked at him, tilting her head in confusion. "Mr Shadow?"

Shadow squirmed as the taller clown pushed him into a broom closet. His powers were unstable at this point and he was rather disadvantaged. The clown ripped of its lower clothes and looked up at him, smiling evilly.

Shadow was freaking out now and had gone a pale green. He slowly looked at Cream. "Yeah?" he whispered softly.



Shadow screamed as the man continued his deadly act and yelled for help. The clown was not dumb and shoved his clothes in his mouth. Shadow could only cry as he finished up and let him go.

"Are you okay?" Cream asked, scared by his pale face. Shadow closed his eye and tried to block out the traumatic images. He murmured to himself, and tried to focus on the current situation.

"Remember, if you tell anyone, your little girlfriend gets it." The shorter on said, shoving Maria into Shadow, causing them both to fall over."C'mon lets blow this joint!"

Shadow fell onto his knees and threw up, covering the floor with his innards. Cream gave a shout and ran over to comfort him. She patted his back until it was all gone and he looked up at all the concerned people, staring at him with their beady eyes. He got up and slowly left the tent.

Continue or not to continue, that is the question. Please review, and help me with further ideas and storylines! All ideas are excepted and I would love to continue!
