Author:"Eh don't act dumb. Today we're gonna write a drama about Michael's b-day where no one comes although Joe & Cody attempt to. Will they make it? It's a fic for a contest for King Weregarurumon."
Sora:"How come you always add either Michael, Jun or Mr. Hida to your stories?" Author shrugs

TO GET THERE
Cody looked at the calendar. Oh no! It was Michael's birthday. He quickly looked at his friend list. The only one who wasn't busy was Joe. He sent a quick e-mail.
~2 hours lately~
Cody was inside Submarimon while Joe sat atop Ikakumon.
"How come I forgot his birthday?" Cody said guiltily.
"How come you woke me up to go to America is an even better one, Cody." Submarimon complained.
"Well. there's nothing we can do about it now. I already got him a present so we're gonna deliver it. Ikakumon? Why arent we moving?" Joe said firmly. He then jumped on Ikakumon's head.
"Ow... huh? whu-zuh? I must h-have fallen asleep. I've been swimming for hours."
"Hey. I can't swim to America. It's too far." Joe said.
"Hey. You can't swim.... period. Cody is a better swimmer than you. Which doesn't take much. No offense Cody." Ikakumon said
"None taken. Oh no. It's already 11:30. In a half-hour his birthday will be over. We'll never get there in time." Cody complained.
"Don't worry. We only got about one mile left." Submarimon said.
~At Michael's house on the beach~
"Oh Michael. Don't feel so bad. Everybody is in Odaiba right now so they couldn't come. Well except for Willis & he's in Colorado." Koromon tried to make his friend feel better. No one had come to celebrate his party. The two were sitting on the beach, looking at the stars.
"It's almost 12:00 & absolutely no presents. 5 seconds...4...3....2...1...ze..." Michael's countdown was interrupted by Joe & Cody crashing into him.
"Happy 16th birthday Michael!" The two said, still dazed from the impact. Bukamon & Upamon has also collided with Koromon. In all they looked like a complete mess. Michael picked up a package that was gift-wrapped.
"Is this for me?" He asked, amazed. The others nodded. Michael carefully opened the gift-wrapping & out came a flute.
"Don't worry. There's a use to it." Joe said.
"We wouldn't get you something that you didn't need." Cody said.
"Right before we swam here we went to the Digiworld & fished it out of Dragon Eye Lake. That's the first time we ever saw a Seadramon. Since you had one...." Bukamon trailed off, pointing his head toward Koromon, who was blushing but proud.
"It's called the 'blue friendship flute'. It can help you get Seadramon's attention in battles. Only Seadramon can hear the tune it plays." Upamon said happily.
"See. It wasn't such a bad day. Right, Michael?" Koromon said.
"It wasn't bad. Not bad at all."
