A Girl's Love

I know that she does not love me as I do her. Is it wrong the way I feel? Would she even notice me if I told her? I would have to outmaneuver Yuki and Kyou, and outshine Momiji. The older two love her, though neither is able to tell her in words. Lucky for me she is a little dense. I hope that Momiji just has a crush. He and Haru would be a cute couple. All of us Jyunishi like her. Well, not Akito or Hiro. I love her. She told me she loved me too, once. Hiro is the only one who knows how I feel about her. I had to gather all my courage to ask her to the park that one Sunday. She hugged me freely and listened to me as I told her what was happening in school. Looking up I smile as I see Shigure's house come into view. My heart racing as I enter the house. Taking off my shoes I see her. She is standing between the main room and the kitchen, her face stained with a pale blush. I notice out the corner of my eye Yuki walking up the steps. I wonder what he said to make her blush. I hope he hasn't confessed yet. I guess I lost my smile because the next thing I see is her worried face right in front of me. It was my turn to blush. "Everything ok Kisa?" "Yes onee-chan." I reply back. "I got the new Princess Pepper movie to watch today." I smile back to reassure her. I look over as we watch the movie admiring her smile as the villain again loses to the princess. I wish I could tell her. As the movie ends I gather up the dishes we had dirtied. I follow her to the kitchen and silently help her finish washing the dishes. "Nee-chan, how do you about Yuki and Kyou?" "I'm very lucky to have friends like them." "Nee-chan, how do you tell someone you like them?" "Do you like someone?" She asked a faint blush started to form across her nose. "Yes, but this person already has many admires." "Hiro does?" I shook my head in the negative. "Oh, there is someone else hmm?" "Yes, but this person is older than me. Plus I don't know how sh . he feels for me. I don't want to lose the friendship I have now. He wouldn't notice me anyway with the all the others around." I look down at the floor. "Two of them are really special to him" "Has any of the others told him how they feel yet?" Again I shook my head no. She smiled, "Then you still have a chance to tell him." Nodding I look up and smile at her. Someday I'll tell you I love you. But not today, I am not brave enough yet. I hope it is before Yuki or Kyou can though. I walk out the door to see the setting sun and I smile, yes I will tell you one day that I love you Onee-chan.
