Title: People Watching
Summary: While on the city bus, Tala decides to do some people watching.
Pairings: Tala/Claude, Bryan/Garland, Miguel/Kai
Warnings: This is Yaoi, as in boyxboy. Don't like, don't read. Thankyouverymuch. Fluff and a drabble of less than 500 words. -ducks pitchfork-

A/N: Ok, so finally got myself a new account. I've read some really great yaoi stories from this amazing author, and because of said author (Grr!) I've been battered left, right, and center with ideas. So, I finally gave in and this is the result.

Enjoy.

Tala stared out the window, his eyes narrowing at the dark, grey sky.

If there was one thing that could bring down his mood a couple of notches, it was the weather.

And then: public transportation.

Ugh. How he loathed it!

Sighing, he looked up from his musings, his eyes scanning the occupants of the bus. They landed on two platinum haired teenagers near the front of the bus.

Bryan and Garland.

How those two got together, Tala could only imagine. He has heard something about a sparring match between the above mentioned two that turned into something more.

A whole lot more, Tala thought with a slight smirk.

Currently, Bryan was whispering something into Garland's ear, which caused him to blush and smack Bryan across the head.

Those two…

They're usually at each other's throats, fighting like cats and dogs.

… And they make up like bunnies in heat.

A few seats behind them sat a business man frantically tapping on his PDA.

Every now and then a hand would disappear into his inside breast pocket to pull out a handkerchief to dab at his constantly sweaty forehead, and then he would place it back.

His PDA suddenly rang causing the man to jump. He tapped it once and put it to his ear.

"Hello?" He timidly answers.

"… No, she's not home. She went to visit her parents."

"… R-really? Tonight?" He seems a bit flustered.

"B-but I have a m-meeting…?"

There was a dead silence followed by the yelling of a demanding mistress.

Tala rolled his eyes at the absurdness of an extramarital affair and glanced away.

A child's scream erupted from the very back row.

Tala glanced back to notice how the frustrated father tried his best to quiet the child down, but the kid wouldn't falter. His screaming reached an octave higher.

Tala looks back, his left brow twitching.

Oh, how he hated public transportation.

He hated it with a passion!

Directly across him sat Kai and Miguel, looking quite comfortable snuggled together.

Miguel turned to murmur something into Kai's ear which caused a small smile to slip onto his lips and a blush to mar his cheeks.

Kai then leaned forward to place a soft kiss on Miguel's lips.

Tala turned away, rolling his eyes.

Geez, those two really needed to get a room.

Something small stirred against his shoulder and nuzzled closer.

Tala looked down only to meet a pair of lilac eyes watching him.

"A penny for your thoughts," Claude asked with a smile.

The redhead smiled and leaned down to kiss his boyfriend's forehead, his bad mood melting at the sight of Claude's smile.

"Nothing. Just people watching."
