Yeah, another fic. This is Aerith's memories of Zack. Please enjoy. I know it's short, but I was so sad!! Anyways, if you would be kind enough to leave a review I would be so grateful! Thank you!

Aerith sighed as she remembered him.
Is this heaven?
He had asked. She had laughed, telling him no such luck and laughing at his clueless expression.
An angel?
He has asked when he saw her. It may have just been flattery, but it was so cute.
You saved me, right? That won't do. How can I repay you?
He had thought for a grand total of three seconds before saying the dumbest thing ever.
Oh! I know! One date, with me!
She smiled at his self-centeredness, his ever-smiling face bringing tears to her eyes.
I happen to be a SOLDIER.
He had stated so calmly that night, the night of their first date. He had tricked her! Tricked her into spilling her guts on SOLDIERs! But still, he was pretty.
My face?
He had asked. So self-absorbed…
…Eyes filled with mako; if you look closely you can see the sky.
Him standing so gallantly as he showed her his eyes. Those beautiful, piercing, taunting eyes.
A single tear fell from her face, moistening the flowers she carried in memory of him.
There are so many flowers here! Oh! I know! Why don't you sell them?
More tears fell as she remembered why she was doing this, walking down the dirty, dangerous streets of those above.
Flowers are rare in Midgar, you'd turn quite a profit selling these.
She stopped walking, letting the tears stream, unchecked, down her pale face.
She missed him.
The heavens seemed to share her thoughts, for they shead tears too. Not long after Aerith's first tears fell did the first raindrops fall.
See? You are an angel...
Her head snapped up, searching for the voice she longed to hear again.
There was no one. No one to see her cry, no one to hold her, like she had for him, so long ago. Aerith was alone.
She cried.
Zack watched from the heavens, watched his fallen angel cry. He could do nothing to help her, he could not hold her, he could not look into her beautiful eyes and say it would be alright. For now, all he could do was cry with her, his tears joining hers as the rain fell.
Well? How was it? I know I suck at fics, I'm sorry. Anyway, if you're nice, you'll leave a review.
