Chapter 1(Getting Ready For School)
"What am I going to wear today"said Lizzie. " I guess this pink shirt and jeans would look okay" she thought. Matt started off his morning finding some way to make fun of Lizzie's outfit. "Do you have nothing better to do than make fun of my outfits". "No" matt said. "Hurry up Matt or you're going to miss the bus again" said Mrs. McGuire. "Do not worry mom I am super fast boy "Matt said. "You were not watching that Fantastic 4 movie again were you" Mrs. McGuire said. "Maybe" Matt said. "Anyway mom I was wondering if I could have a sleep over and invite a new kid named Nick, Lenny, and the new girl Marena" said Matt. "I don't think so matt it's your sister's turn and I think she should have Kate over" Mrs. McGuire said. "No way I mean I am very busy this weekend" said Lizzie. "I have a lot of studying to do". "I guess you can M att, but I am not sure about this new girl" Mrs. McGuire said. "But I have to have her with out her we won't be the Fantastic I mean we won't have any fun". Said Matt "I see what's going on "said Mrs. McGuire. Matt said in amaze "you do". "Yes, you have a crush on this girl". Just then Mr. McGuire walked by. "Honey" Mrs. McGuire said. "Yes" said Mr. McGuire. "Matt has a crush on a new girl in school and" Mrs. McGuire said. "Wow that's great Matt" said Mr. McGuire. "But I I" said Matt. "And he wanted to know if he could have a group of kids and this new girl over this weekend ".Mrs. McGuire said. "Sure he can" said Mr. McGuire. "You mean you are totally okay with this" said Mrs. McGuire "Yes, why not Lizzie has Gordo over all the time" said Mr. McGuire "Yes, but that's different" said Mrs. McGuire " I don't see how its much different" said Mr. McGuire "Dad me and Gordo are just friends". Said Lizzie desperately. "Fine" said Mrs. McGuire "Yes!" said Matt who was starting to run for the bus. He was afraid if He stade any longer she would change her mind. Mrs. McGuire screamed at the top her lungs " Tell there parents to call me" said Mrs. McGuire "Bye honey "she said to Mr. McGuire "bye" Mr. McGuire said "Lizzie lets go get in the car" said Mrs. McGuire.
Chapter 2(Lizzie meets Grace)
"Miranda can you believe my mom wants me to make friends with Kate" said Lizzie. "Its good to make new friends" said Miranda. " Maybe its good to make friends but this is Kate the snobby, jerk, boyfriend stealer" said Lizzie "Hi Miranda" said this weird new voice Lizzie had never heard. "This is my new friend Grace" said Miranda. "How, when, where" Said Lizzie. Just then Gordo walked up to them "Hay Miranda who is your friend" Gordo said "This is Grace she is new here and I am helping her find her way around school. I hope you guys don't mind if she sits with us at lunch" said Miranda "That fine" said Gordo. Lizzie thinks "Mind she can't go near are table that little friend stealer". "Lizzie Lizzie"Said Miranda. "Yay that's fine" said Lizzie. "So like I was saying" said Lizzie. Just then the bell rang. "Well see you later we are going to try and make it to class a little early so she can introduce herself to the teacher"said Miranda. "Can you believe her" Lizzie said as her and Gordo started walking for class. "She doesn't seem that bad"said Gordo "Didn't you see how snobby she looked" said Lizzie. "You shouldn't judge people by there covers" said Gordo. "Have you been reading those gushy survival of school books again" said Lizzie "No, Maybe but that doesn't matter Grace seems like a nice girl" said Gordo. "Oh no not you to" said Lizzie "I see what's going on "said Gordo. "What" Lizzie said "Your jealous" said Gordo "I can't believe you" Lizzie stormed away. "Lizzie wait" Gordo yelled and caught up with her. "I am sorry" Gordo said. "I except "Lizzie said and they walked off to class.
