Just Say Yes
This is a really short one shot that I really wanted to write! Just so you know I had no idea what kind of a party this was supposed to be...use your imagination! Hehe

Jade's POV
"Come here." Beck said to me, catching my gaze and grabbing my hand. He led me away from the crowd of people that were socializing and drinking their champagne around the soft jazz band. We walked down a small stone pathway that was lit on either side by twinkling lights. I could hear the low voices slowly fading and instead I heard the sound of water getting louder. Soon we reached what seemed like a patio which was right next to a smallish waterfall that was quietly trickling down the rocks. There were twinkling lights everywhere which reflected off of the water and casted an even bigger glow. I couldn't help but beam. I looked into Beck's eyes, surprised that he found such a place, and I saw them sparkle from the lights.
Before I could speak though beck interrupted.
"I've been waiting 8 years to do this." he said grinning and slowly letting go of my hand.
I watched in awe as he got down on one knee before me. Keeping eye contact, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small black box, grinning from ear to ear as he did so. I got lost in those warm brown eyes as he spoke the words I was dying to hear.
"Jade West, every moment of everyday I find myself thinking of you. Your smile, your laugh, the twinkle in your eyes when I tell you I love you, and the sound of your honey sweet voice when you say it back.
The thing is, I can't spend another day just thinking about you, I need to be with you. Forever. I don't want to wake up another day without you by my side."
With that said Beck held out the black box and opened it to reveal a dazzling diamond ring. I gasped and my eyes teared up.
"Jadelyn August West, will you marry me?" he finished looking hopefully up into my eyes.
By now tears were sliding down my face and I was sure my makeup was streaking but at the moment I didn't care. All I cared about was the man that was kneeling before me that I loved with all my heart.
"Yes." I said half laughing and sobbing as Beck stood up and kissed me full on the mouth. He picked me up by the waist, still holding the kiss, and spun me around. Slowly he let me down and we broke the kiss as we gazed into each others eyes. "I love you so much." Beck said sincerely.
"I love you too." I responded grinning.
He took my hand and we slowly walked back to the party beaming. Before we reached the crowd though I spoke up.
"Tori's not coming to the wedding though." I said completely serious. I felt Beck's hand squeeze mine as he chuckled. He brought my hand up to his lips, still grinning and kissed the back of my palm. "No Tori then." he said, and at that moment, I couldn't have been happier.
