Here's mine. I'll be generous and give you 150 words. Here's the skinny...Must have interaction between Buffy and Xander. Must include the misinterpretation of a Latin phrase. There must be some mention of Pike from the Buffy movie.

Buffy and Xander were sitting in the magic shop, reading through some ancient texts. Boring, boring, boring.
"I'm telling you, Buff. You gotta get out of this mope you've been in. Carp Diem."
"Carp Diem?"
"Yeah, seize the day."
"That's 'Carpe' Diem."
"Yeah, that's what I said." Xander glanced at her, then looked back at the carved etchings of the book, "So your past honeys have been less than perfect. Angel. Parker. Riley."
"Pike."
Xander picked his head up, shocked, "Please tell me you didn't really sleep with Spike!"
"Xander, calm down, relax… I said Pike."
"There's a Pike, now? Who's he? Do I know this… 'Pike'?"
"He's just a guy I used to know, back in LA. Really crazy," She smiled, "But in a good way. Just wish I could have stayed with him."
"Don't worry, Buff. There's plenty more Pike's-- er fish-- in the sea."
