Naruto looked up at the no-brows with the sword.
If he was really as strong as Kakashi said then…
"I know who can beat you. Candle Jack."
Everyone present, even the Mizu Bunshin looked at him like he was stupid.
No-brows snorted.
"And who's Candle Jack, boy?"
Naruto grinned as the big man turned to see who had just tapped his shoulder.
Then Zabuza was tied up, floating along behind the bag headed creature.
A boy in a mask dropped out of the trees and stood before the spirit.
"Gomen, but Zabuza is a criminal from mist. I would like to take custody of him, Candle Jack-san."
The strange boy joined Zabuza in the train of rope.
"Thanks." Kakashi directed towards the floating figure before turning to Naruto.
"Naruto, where did you learn to summon this, Candle Jack?"
Naruto was of two minds about losing his sensei, the man was nice enough, but maybe now they would assign him a really cool teacher.
"Naruto-baka, tell that thing to let go of Kakashi-sensei!"
Hey, he's not a thing, he's my friend, and he has a name."
Naruto realized then what was about to happen. He tried to stop her, he realy did, but…
"Yeah, and what kind of a name is Candle Jack anyway?!"
Ah, well, He thought, there goes Sakura-chan. Hmm, Ino's pretty hot.
"Hn, Dobe, my genius Uchiha mind has seen through your pitiful technique. All I must do to avoid it is refrain from speaking the words, Candle Jack…oh shit."
Naruto had no qualms at all about losing that teammate.
"Hey, why aren't you taking Naruto-baka to? He said your name!"
The masked man turned to Sakura.
"I've given up on that one. I still can't figure out how he keeps getting away."
He turned away, tugging the chain of struggling ninja behind him.
"Besides, he keeps tricking people into saying my name, so it's all good."
Tazuna stared at the blond brat with terror.
And to think he had thought he was the least dangerous of the group.
He needed a drink.
