Author's Note : Hi this the first story I've ever uploaded. To those who will read this and to those who will reply in however way you want, I would like to ask for some advice. You see I'm kind of stuck on what to do with what I've got, so i was hoping some kind people would help me. I was kind of picturing that there would be this old witch that used this enchanted green crystal to steal the beauty of young girls and she targets Namine. So yeah please give me you thoughts. Enjoy!
The jewel
Namine and Xion were walking down the street. Xion exclaimed "I can't wait to see that new mall that opened up."
"I know me to! I hope they have a jewelry store." Namine shrieked.
As they rounded the last corner they saw the mall and it was 40 stories high! They gasped in amazement. Namine was looking at the building and something caught her eye. She turned to look at it and found that it was coming from a window on the 40th floor. The window was glowing green. As she stared, the world seemed to stop, the noise of the busy streets, and the people chatting. No one seemed to move.
"Namine, Namine, Namine!"
"Wha-huh?"
"What were you staring at?" questioned Xion.
"Oh nothing." Namine replied nervously.
"Well then let's go!"
"Yeah let's go!" Namine exclaimed and they both took off running.
Once they got inside they looked up and the ceiling was so high you couldn't see the lights. They went to look for a map. It took them a little bit to get through the crowd but they finally found one. The map was so confusing, there were so many arrows and lines it was hard to tell them apart!
They studied the map in silence until Xion said "I think we'd have better luck on our own."
"Me too." They resolved and set off for the elevator.
"Okay first the pet store to get a toy for marly, then to the clothing store, and finally to the jewelry store." Xion explained while smiling at Namine. "Alright." agreed Namine.
The elevator landed on the 7th floor. As they stepped out they got swept into a sea of people. They saw the pet store but they couldn't get to it. They had to wait till the crowd circled the 7th floor to get to it.
Once they got inside they both stopped and their mouths fell open. As they stared out into the vastness of the store, there were rows upon rows upon rows of shelves. To the left there were toys of every shape and color. To the right there were foods of every kind; herbivore, carnivore, and omnivore. And down the middle was every animal you could think of, from buffaloes to bugs.
