A Partner To Be Proud Of
As egotistical and conceited as the 'big' Black*star made himself out to be, which in his mind was factual, he still took the time to admire the greatness of his weapons attributes. Tsubaki was his partner, worthy of such position for many reasons:
She is level head.
She keeps him grounded enough to realize his own mistakes which works to his benefit because he can learn from them and grow even stronger to surpass the god's.
She is forgiving and caring.
Sure, he get's a little head of himself and occasionally screws up, nonetheless, Tsubaki backs him up with the might of his will to surpass any god in his way.
She deeply understands his psyche.
Ask anyone and they'll tell you Black*star was a big mouthed, narcissist. However, Tsubaki can see beyond his outer appearance and grasp the concept of what lies within and she finds bravery, pride, and the will power to overcome any obstacle, including the capacity to bring kid back into the light.
She has the right 'assets'.
Now, Tsubaki kept her body right, which worked to boost Black*Stars ego even further to know he had one of the hottest partners at the DWMA.
She's perfect for him.
