For you.
I would do anything for you.
Kill the monster.
Hunt it down.
Calm your fears.
Quiet your dreams.
Make your world peaceful.
In sleep.
Hold you tight.
Push back the pain.
Counter the visions.
With my embrace.
Stop Death!
You may not have him!
I'll make the deal.
To bring him back.
And the clock ticks by.
And the days grow long.
And the spring awakens.
And the deal is done.
The Hellhounds bay.
The deal comes due.
Hell calls to me.
I'll go for you.
The pain.
The fire.
The cuts.
The blood.
And then,
It's over.
I'm awake.
I'm whole.
My only thought.
My one desire.
To see the face.
Of the one I love.
Then finally.
The door opens.
And there you are.
Confusion on your face.
And then.
Love.
Embrace.
Reunion.
