AN: Yeah, I know this has been done about 99,000 times already, but I'll jump on the bandwagon. Deal with it.

It was a normal Sunday at my house in the midwest. Suprisingly warm for winter, it was about 70 degrees outside, and I decided to take advantage of the weather, and go outside. It was a cloudless day. I was laying on the grass outside the east side of my house, listening to the usual music, and silently reading. Every now and then there was a strong breeze, rippling through my long dirty blond hair. Today is great, I thought. I closed my book, took off my headphones, and stood. I could hear someone behind me for a split second before I was stabbed in the back. What the hell?! I fell to my knees, gasping. The pain was unlike anything a live human should go through. My body shuddered with shock from the intense pain that followed. I'm going to die here, with no one around. Trying to clear my throat, I coughed. Crimson blood spattered on the bleached grass. I could glimpse even more pooling around my legs. I was overwhelmed by the agony, and slumped to the ground. What will my friends and relatives think? Will my 'friends' even notice? I coughed up more blood. I should be dead by now, what's going on? My question was answered by a bright flash of light, and then an abyss of darkness. What now?

~~~Time Skip~~~
I was hovering above my limp, lifeless body. The cars on the highway drove by normally, like a human life wasn't just ripped away from someone, like it was just another date on their calendar that no one recognizes. Hm. None of my possessions were taken, and no one is walking around here... So what happened? I pondered the question in my mind for a bit, then sighed.Forget it. I'll still be dead even if i did find out what wnet on here. It wouldn't change anything. Might as well act like I'm in here for the long haul. Even without wings, I could still fly. I climbed to a high enough altitude that I could se the entirety of my small town. At least it might just be me that was slaghtered. Not anyone else. The air was too thin. I needed to get down closer to Earth. But I couldn't move. Not even blink. I suddenly saw a great flash of thousands of images that filled up all of my current vision. It was astonishing how fast they flew by, how many there were, how hard it was to comprehend them all. After focusing a bit more, I could tell they were snapshots of every moment that had ever happened in my life. How?
