Lord Goku, Universe Seven's God of Destruction

During the universal survival tournament arc, the grand priest took notice of Goku's new found power. By mastering Godly Ki combined with super saiyan Ki and kaioken, Goku showed the grand priest that he has a potential. The potential of becoming a God of destruction. Since then the grand priest began to observe Goku.

After the tournament he noticed that Goku still wasn't contented and he still wanted to fight even more stronger beings. So the grand priest had an idea. There is going to be another tournament. This time it's going to be a tournament of the Gods. But before that, Goku must first become a God himself so he could participate.

Meanwhile Goku is still being reckless, He still wanted to meet Zeno so he could fight even more powerful beings. Beerus obviously isn't truly happy on the way that Goku was behaving and he's finally getting really pissed at Goku. So Beerus took away Goku's button for contacting Zeno.

Since Beerus is now getting on his way, Goku decided that in order to do get what he wants is that he must first defeat Beerus. But even though Goku had mastered the combined powers of God Ki, super saiyan Ki and kaioken, his body's still couldn't keep up with all that amount of energy. He knows that he still couldn't take on Beerus on his current state. So Goku started Training so his body would be able hold on to all that immense power.

So after observing Goku, the grand priest is finally convinced that Goku got what it takes to be a God of destruction. One day during Goku's training, the grand priest showed himself to Goku. The grand priest told Goku that there is a way where he can fight stronger opponents. And that is by joining the tournament of the Gods. But before that he must first defeat Beerus so he could take his place as God of destruction.

Goku quickly agrees but there is only one problem. He told the grand priest that his body's still couldn't contain this new found power. The grand priest who knows everything on the entire multiverse told Goku that there's a way that he could contain it. He told Goku about the hidden power that all saiyans possesses. The power of the ozaroo. If Goku could control the power of the mighty ozaroo, it will grant him a brand new body that can contain immense power beyond comprehension.

So the grand priest gave Goku's tail back and turned him into an ozaroo. After days of training, Goku finally ascended. The universe trembles as Goku unleashes his full power. Now Goku with mastered Godly Ki and kaioken that is contained within his super saiyan primal body (ssj4) is now ready to take on Beerus. After an epic battle the universe crumbles as Goku took down Beerus.

The grand priest then officially declared that universe seven has a new God and that is Goku, Universe Seven's New God of destruction. The grand priest gave Goku a God of destruction Uniform and finally Goku is now officially a God.

He now then proceeded to join the tournament of the Gods and proved to the grand priest that once again he was indeed the strongest. After that tournament Goku wished to super Shenlong to bring back planet Vegeta and make all the saiyans work for him as guardians of the universe. Monitoring and maintaining balance, destroying what must be destroyed and regulating peace and prosperity all throughout the entire universe.

Goku then met his real parents as they acknowledge what Goku has become and as saiyans they are very proud of their son, Vegeta being the next strongest saiyan reclaimed his thrown as king of all saiyans. While Goku then now proceeds and does his job as God of destruction and God/protector of all saiyans. Goku since then was worshiped by all saiyans and respected by the entire universe as their God of destruction.
