Saguru yawned. It was another new day, and he has to get breakfast ready. Maybe he'll wake Shinichi up to help him, but quickly shook his head. Shinichi's not so good at cooking as himself.

He got up, brushed his teeth, took a quick, cool shower to wake him up, and got dressed. Saguru walked down the stairs with his hair still damp from the shower, as he got the ingredients for the breakfast from the fridge. Bacon, milk, and eggs. Simple American breakfast.

As he was putting the bacon on the pan above the stove, he heard footsteps from the stairs, as he looked up and saw Shinichi in his pajamas, with slight bed hair.

"Ah.. Saguru..?" He said as he rubbed his eyes, trying to wake up.

"Ah, sorry Shinichi. Did I wake you up?" Saguru said, slightly concerned. The kids need their sleep.

"Nah... By the way, Heiji and Kaito's awake. Heiji wanted to catch that cat I think that was on the tree from the window.. And fell down 'cuz he slipped, I think.. Yeah. But not any serious injuries, he didn't actually fall. Kaito messed up the room trying to find the first aid kit 'cuz Heiji scratched himself on the cheek.. And somewhere..." Shinichi slurred.

"Okay, go back to bed. I'll take care of it." Saguru said as he turned off the heat on the stove, and left the bacon and the rest to be taken care of later. Breakfast is going to be a little late, he just wish he won't be late for school.

"Hey, that's the only first aid kit, I'll help." Shinichi said as he walked towards Heiji and Kaito's room before Saguru went to him. Saguru sighed.

"Heiji, why did you want to chase after that cat? Kaito, what did you do to your room?" Saguru asked as he walked in the now destroyed battlefield called "HEIJI AND KAITOS ROOM NO TRESSPASSIN" against the lost first aid kit.

"That cat was the one who ate Kaito's bird!" Heiji exclaimed, as Kaito fumed just thinking about it.

"Yeah! We should chop it up and eat it! And use the fur as a scarf! And it's not just a bird, IT'S A WHITE PIGEON! A PURE WHITE PIGEON!" Kaito exclaimed. Heiji huffed out a 'I don't care'.

"No, we will not. Now since we're all up, let's go find that first aid kit, patch up Heiji," Saguru glared at him, Heiji glared back.

"And clean this room in..." Saguru checked the clock on the wall,

"55, 54 minutes." He ended as he pointed to Shinichi, who was crouching and digging through piles of clothes and books and anything, you name it.
