A man from lake town gets to the afterlife and the gatekeeper asks him
"How did you die?"
"Well you see I was in my home town and this dragon started attacking!"
"Oh, so you were killed by the dragon?"
"No. We jumped into the water, but I couldn't swim."
"Oh, so you so you drowned?"
"No. I found a piece of driftwood and made it to shore; but I had no dry clothes and it was cold."
"Oh, so you froze to death?"
"No. We managed to make a fire and warm up; but we had no food.
"So you starved?"
"No. We found some food and made it through the night. But we were attacked by orcs!"
"Oh, so you were killed by orcs?"
"No. We managed to fend them off but..."
The gatekeeper was now frustrated and asked
"Well how did you die?!"
"Well you see I stubbed my toe and it got infected and I died."
