Misery, it scars your arms,
lines of sorrow shown.
Crimson crystals dripping down,
A bird that's never flown.

Darkness shadows line your eyes,
the terrors keep awake.
Pale as death and cold does follow,
constant do you shake.

The mirror is a dreadful thing,
It shows what you don't want to see.
Afraid of my reflection,
forgotten who is me.

Misery, it scars your arms,
Reflection you must lie.
Darkness shadows line your eyes,
From the mirror I will shy.

You are not me, reflection,
it simply isn't true.
It's hard for me to reason,
what i've become is you.

Looking in the mirror,
afraid of what I see.
I'm starting come to realise,
who I'm looking at is me.
