Hey guys! It's me FreeFalling2098 and I decided to write a one-shot. I know it's been a while since I've uploaded anything but don't worry, you're not forgotten. From Dark To Light is still in the works! Being a freshman in high school is time consuming and I need to work on time management…..
Anyway, here's my first one-shot, A Flash Of Pink.
I shouldn't have been in this predicament, not I, the great Sasuke Uchiha. It should have been a simple mission for me; as easy as making all the girls fall in love with me. Simple delivery of a top secret letter between the Hokage and Kazekage that I was told contained a detailed plan incase of a state of emergency in either of the two hidden villages. I shouldn't have been attacked, let alone by a band of S-ranked criminals. There was more men, more trained men than when I went to help Suigetsu get his blade almost seven years ago. That was before I returned to the village.
I took out a bunch of them before I was overwhelmed. They came at me and I could only defend myself from so many of them at once. Suddenly, I saw something flicker out the corner of my eye. It was behind all the enemy; a bright, illuminated, florescent pink. It ran around the perimeter so fast it left a light pink trail behind it. I noticed the number of my opponents deteriorating; dropping like flies.
With a new effort to fight, I cut down any, and all that was in my way. I had to find out what that light was. I realized I had taken down all my enemies before I began to run after the spark-like light that was running into the trees.
It stopped, I stopped. I walked towards it. It was a girl, no a woman. She had pink hair. She turned to me. Striking emerald eyes. Such pale skin. It all clicked. Pink hair, emerald eyes, and pale skin.
"Sakura…"
She smiled at me before turning and walking off. I dropped to my knees.
"You're dead…"
She stopped walking and turned to face me again.
She nodded before vanishing into thin air.
"Thank you." I whispered
So? What do you think besides short..? I know it's not the best but I liked the idea. Maybe I'll write a prequel to it if it gets enough reviews. Alrighty, see you!
Read it, Review it, Favorite it, and all that good stuff!
