Butters and Kenny were in the hospital waiting for the doctor why you ask? Well butters had gotten drunk and honry waiting for his boyfriend to come home and well he couldn't wait so...he got a vibrator stuck in his ass when Kenny came home and butters told him what happened he couldn't stop laughing mostly cause he thought it was a joke but when he stopped laughing and heard a vrrrrrr sound that's when he believed him and took him to the hospital.
"how in the hell did you get it so far up your ass," Kenny asked curiously
"i-i-i don't know " butters answered still embarrassed about the whole thing
"what do you mean you don't know" butters was about to answer when he was cut off from the nurse telling them the doctor will see them and told them which room to go in they both got up and waited in the room when the doctor finally came in it was Kyle. they knew Kyle worked here but didn't know he was working right now
"so what seems to be the problem butters"kyle asked not expecting the answer he got so this is gonna be a long night he thought as he left with butters to do x rays when he came back with the xrays he told butters he was gonna need surgery but it was gonna have to wait till morning since it was so late
"s-surgery can't you just take it out?"
"we would if we could but it's so far up your anus that we can't just take it out"
kenny grabbed his lovers hand "it's gonna be okay butters it will be over before you know it" and with that they waited till morning to do the surgery butters felt so relieved after the surgery but it wasn't long before all of south park knew because of cartman
