Blame It on the Alcohol

Chapter 1
BPOV
My brothers and sisters scream were echoing in my ears. Why did my mom have to die? And why did my dad have to become and alcoholic?
The world may never know.
Well, I may as well introduce myself. I'm Isabella Marie Swan. I am 16. I get abused by my father.
At school, I'm the popular girl everyone knows. At home, a piece of living shit.
My brothers and sisters names are Ginny, Alexandra (Alex), Emmett, James, Alice, and Lillian also known as Lilly.
My mother died 4 years ago. She died in a car accident because a drunk driver hit her car. I was n the car at the time, but it hit her side of the car and she hit her head and immediately was put into a coma. She lived for three more days. Then she passed. That is when my father started drinking.
My father is the head of the police department and supplies us with a place to sleep, but making money is up to me, Alice, Emmett, and James. James is the oldest. He's 21. Emmett is 18 and Alice is 17.
Lillian is 7. Alex is 8. Ginny is 10. I'm the fourth kid. The middle of them all. Three little sisters and 2 big brothers and 1 big sister.
I currently live in Forks, Washington. Emmett, Alice, and I all attend Forks High School with our best friends Jasper (Jazz), Edward, and Rosalie (Rose).
My dad is drunk right now and I have my little sisters and Alice locked in my room. Me and my brothers are fighting him off now…well actually I'm picking up broken things and putting them back together.

We were all sitting in the living room waiting for Rose to come pick us up. I had left a note saying we were going out to dinner and then skating with them, and that we will be back before 9: 30 PM.
Rose arrived on time and we went to her house to have dinner and we rehearsed our band music that we are playing for the end of the year Battle of the Bands against the Rez kids. I've always wanted to do it, and now that I'm old enough, I can!
Lilly, Ginny, And Lex love to watch us. Rose, Edward and Jazz have 3 little brothers. Jacob, Sam, and Nick. The girls have a crush on 'em. The girls are very petite and the boys are big for their age, so it all goes well.
We are playing The Poison by All American Rejects, Welcome to the Black Parade by My Chemical Romance and Happy Ending by Avril Lavigne.
Me and Rose sing lead. Jasper does keyboard and Emmett does drums. Alice is the guitar player and Edward plays Bass.

I have a crush on Jazz. Always have….And Edward has his eye on Alice, but I think Jazz likes Alice, s There is a competition. Emmett and Rose are a "thing." They've been together for 2 years.
Someday I will tell Jasper, but not soon because it could ruin everything and that would be horrible 'cause I can't lose him.
We finished practicing and this time Jasper drove us home.
Charlie was asleep because he goes to sleep at 9 every night.
I had Alice help me set out outfits for the girls for tomorrow. We tucked them into bed and said goodnight.
