A/N: I was listening to a classic country station when this song came on. It is one of my favorites and it got me thinking how appropriate this is for our favorite hero in green. My attempt here is pathetic since I have no musical talent to speak of but I think the general idea is there. I love country music and Legend of Zelda and as such find that every once in a while I will imagine how the characters from the game would fit into the song perfectly. There are two songs I think would be fun to do "Why'd you come in here looking like that?" by Dolly Parton and "Big Iron" by Marty Robbins. In Dolly's song I could see it from Zelda's viewpoint after having broken up with Link. She and her friends (Malon, Ruto, Ilia; the usual gang) are at a bar when of course Link comes in with some friends and thus the fun begins. In Marty's song well that is practically just screaming of the duel between Gannon and Link. However, as I said I'm not great at music so I am not going to attempt them. To anyone who is musically gifted in the lyrics area I would recommend taking a stab at one or both. Anyway I'll shut up now put in the disclaimers and let you read.
