To a normal pony walking by, the house didn't look like much. It was squeezed between two other, much nicer houses. It wasn't as if the pony who lived there couldn't afford anything better. The reason she chose this location for her home was that it was nondescript, and in a neighborhood full of earth ponies, nopony would notice an earth pony disappear into the shadows between two houses.

On a completely unrelated matter, the unicorn neighborhood just over the fence had a similar shack-like house squeezed between two bigger, more luxurious houses. It seemed to be vacant, except every once in a while, a unicorn would emerge from it. You would have to be paying very close attention - no, stalking was a better word - to notice that the unicorn only came out of the shack about a minute after the earth pony went into the other shack.

The name of the earth pony who would go in the house was Strawberry. She was pale pink and had a curly blue mane, with minty green streaks. Her cutie mark was a strawberry. When you looked into her blue-green eyes, you saw innocence and honesty.

The name of the unicorn who would come out was Reveal. She was light green. Her mane was blue and ended in curls, but there were minty green locks that didn't curl at all. Her cutie mark was a magnifying glass. Most ponies couldn't identify at a glance what it was, since magnifying glasses weren't designed for pony use. Her dark green eyes held a look of confident determination.

Reveal was Equestria's best crime-fighter.
