All foods choke me, stray dogs bite me
Common household items hurt me
Always lose at the lottery
Unless it's for something crappy
I bet fate or someone holy
Is responsible partially
For me being on the bad end of these
Knicks and hexes I face daily

And if I make it through today
With all my features still in place
Will tommorow be the same?
And If I trip up and I fall
And sever any bones at all
Will that validate my claim?
