Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4690 has to be contained i chamber, on Level [REDACTED] in cell [REDACTED]. It cannot be removed from it's cell unless approved by a level [REDACTED] personal. It cannot be removed unless the rooms and chambers made for it are open. SCP-4690 is to be monitored at all times with 24 hour shifts. It is to be fed daily with animals such as deer, chickens, and goats.
Description: SCP-4690 appears to have an appearance of a young human woman of Asian decent. But it's lower pelvis morphs into a snake body. It stands at a height of 2 m, And a length of 5 m from it's head to the end of it's tail. It has black shoulder length hair, and it's eye color are a blood red, which glow in the dark, it's pupils are similar to a snakes. It has fangs in it's mouth which are extremely venomous. 2 ounces was enough to kill a full grown blue whale within 13 minutes. SCP is able to unhinge it's lower jaw and use it to stretch over it's prey and eventually swallow it whole. It also possesses extreme intelligence, but it also has the ability to his like an actual Cobra snake, and be able to speak like a human. It can be unpredictable and even dangerous at times. It has a calm personality but it can be angered easily. It is also known to have a grudge against humanity. And often threatens someone when they talk back to it. No one is allowed to speak to it unless permission is granted. Someone speaking to it without permission may get them removed from the foundation, or demoted to D-Class as requested by 0-5 Council [REDACTED], who SCP-4650 has developed a grudge to. SCP-4690 has requested that he be removed from the facility. Over [REDACTED] SCP personnel have disappeared in it's cell. Including [REDACTED] Class-D personnel. Surprisingly, it has the same regenerative abilities as SCP-682. Any physical injuries it receives will heal over time. No matter how the severity. Because of this, some 0-5 Council Members have requested the termination of SCP-4650.
