Sure he had signed on to Team Free Will. Sure he knew he was basically playing guard dog for his fallen brother who sometimes had to work at it to light a candle with his grace anymore. He.. was.. not dealing with the brotherly bickering anymore. It stopped being even somewhat entertain two weeks ago. Now he just wanted to put both of the Winchesters head though a door, Dean more than Sam.

Right now it was another bitch fit about how Dean couldn't trust Sam and how Sam kept trying to make amends for starting the end of the world. If they kept this up Gabriel swore to.. someone he was putting the two of them into some sort of twisted musical number. Gabriel was seconds away from banging his head against a wall and Castiel had actually taken to standing in a corner as if he hoped that not being in plain view would kept his name from dragging into the Winchesters agreement.

" I'm not the one that decided to make a Demon my BFF.."

"Look Dean. It's not like I jumped right into trusting her. Hell do you honest think that little..."

"SHUT UP."

The room fell into a shocked silence as both Winchesters and Castiel looked at him stunned. Gabriel took a deep breath knowing it wasn't going to last long.

"Who in the hell do you think you are?" Of course Dean would come off self righteous and affronted.

"Dean. Sammy screwed up. We get it. Let it fucking drop already. Get off the kid's back." Gabriel paused meaning to stop there but for some odd reason he kept on speaking. "It's not like you didn't have hand in this too. Damn. He's your brother just get over it and shut the hell up."

The pause lasted a moment longer as Dean looked shell shocked and gave Sam a brief glance before slamming his way out the door. Castiel waited a moment then following after his charge. A unreadable look was shot Gabriel's way before Castiel was out of the room as well.

Sam hadn't said anything since Gabriel demanded silence. Suppressing the need to face palm Gabriel turned his attention to the younger Winchester.

"Thanks Gabriel. . you didn't have to do that." Sam had his eyes pinned on Gabriel like he expected Gabe to start doing something odd. Gabriel waved his hand idly before slipping his hands into his pockets. "Don't think anything about it Sammy. He was going overboard. Someone had to put him in his place and we all know Cas wasn't going to be that person."

The silence only lasted a moment then Sam was chuckling. "Haven't seen anyone talk to Dean like that since Ellen." Gabriel grinned back at Sam before shrugging his shoulder. "Don't worry about it hotshot."
