Kanto's King: The Story of Ash Ketchum (Part 1 of 7)
Author's Note:
The anime has, for better or worse,shaped my life as not only as a Pokemon fan but as a person. It has taught me new life lessons, morals, and strategies to handle my everyday life. However, it has made many hiccups that fans such as myself look at angrily. Some have taken it upon themselves to "fix" these. As everything we do as humans, there are obviously no "right" ways to "fix" these "mistakes". i'm simply delivering my idea of how I'd write Ash's adventures
This is a "What if I were in charge of Ash's adventures". I refuse to do the following cliches in "What if Ash had..." fanfics:
*Give Ash any Pokémon he hasn't had in the show. (Evolutions will happen, however.) Sorry you Lucario fanboys.
*No OP Ash. This includes getting rare Pokémon such as Legendaries. It doesn't satisfy my perception of Ash. His aura may or may not matter. Haven't decided yet.
*Some events will be changed.
*Have his friends betray him. Edgy Ash is a no-no in my book easily.
*Let him have a harem. Just...no.
*Inject OCs into the adventure.
