Before watching the Criminal Minds episode The Last Gasp and this is what I came up with.

The Last Gasp Poem

Can you keep a secret?

Can you keep it to yourself and your team?

Can you keep under lock and key?

Making sure no one squeals and spills the beans

Because the BAU is still under heavy suspicion

So we have to make sure we keep it low key
