The Dream

Sabé was thinking about Obi-Wan again for the umpteenth time today and contributed to nerves since his departure three years ago. Today he contacted her asking to visit; she agreed instantly.
Sabé walked over to the window and reflected on her beautiful surroundings. She had always loved Naboo with its lush, green landscape. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel happy.
Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the pleasant figure of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Sabé gulped. She glanced at her own reflection. She was a nice, friendly, and a strong person. Queen Amidala and the other handmaidens saw her as a gentle, brave, and dependable. She was even awarded for such bravery during the Trade Federation scandal.
But not even a person who was awarded for bravery during the occupation had any idea what Obi-Wan had in store for today.
The sun shined brighter today with an indication of something happy taking place, making Sabé excited. Sabé grabbed a crumpled letter that had been strewn nearby; she massaged it with her fingers.
As Sabé stepped outside into the palace garden and Obi-Wan came closer, she could see the mischievous glint in his eye.
Obi-Wan gazed at his old friend with affection. He said, in hushed tones, "I love you Sabé be my wife," said Obi-Wan his voice thick with emotion.
Sabé looked up at the man she'd known for the last five years, even more, excited and still fingering the crumpled letter he'd sent her a couple of months ago. "Obi-Wan, I've always loved you," she replied.
They looked at each other with surprised feelings. "I never knew you felt this way!" they exclaimed together.
Sabé regarded their future knowing they would be apart a lot but it would worth it to be with the man she loved. "I feel the same way!" revealed Sabé with a delighted grin.
Just then Sabé woke from her dream and then her com beeped. "Sabé here."
"Hello, Sabé. I have some time off and I would like to see you. I have something important to tell you."
After disconnecting with Obi-Wan, Sabé leaped out of her bed preparing for his visit.
