Hey y'all its Liv! I finally have a story that I will have inspiration for. I don't own The Hunger Games.

It was the 2nd annual hunger games and President Snow wanted to add a twist to see how things would work out. But what to do? And then it hit him, there could be 24 hunger games and allthe victors from the other games could fight in one game. So that means there would be 48 tributes from each district. It would be difficult but it would work.
