A/N: This is just a little one shot about Cinderheart and Lionblaze, my favorite, pairing, I guess you could call it. Please, tell me what you think with that little button at the bottom of the page.
Disclaimer: Lets face it, I don't own Warriors, the Erin Hunters do...

The night pressed comfortably against Willowgroves mottled grey pelt, hiding her from unwanted eyes. No stars were visible above her through the dense pines of Shadowclan territory. Willowgrove breathed in another deep breath of cool night air the unpleasant, pungent scent of Thunderclan registered. She must near the border, gross. The awful stench of Tunderclan grew stronger as the trees thinned. Willowgrove froze, hushed voices sounded from the general direction of the border. Probably just some of my clan-mates, Willowgrove assured herself. Even so she leapt into a tree and climed to where she jump into a tree closer to the border.
Three trees later, Willowgrove was perched right on top of the border, she could here the voices clearly now.
"Shhhh," one voice said.
"What," a toms voice said.
"We're close to the border," the she-cat said softly.
"Like any Shadowclan apprentices would be out patrolling," the tom replied.
"You know Blackstar sends moon high patrols sometimes Lionblaze," the she cat whispered.
"Right ok," the tom whispered softly, the name rung a bell, he was the one who could fight like all of Starclan. What was he doing here? And that she-cat. Willowgrove jumped down from the tree, her paws hitting the ground silently, the pine needles gave a little a little under her weight. She slunk to the border where to cats hid behind a bush, their outlines blurred behind the leaves.
"What are you two doing here?" she asked softly. Her mottled grey pelt appeared silver in the moon light, her yellow eye shone, and with tail wrapped around her paws she looked imposing.
"Who's there?" the she-cat asked.
"Show your selves," Willowgrove replied. Two cats emerged from behind the bushes, one of them was big and looked like it could move a boulder, the other was slightly smaller, but still looked strong.
"Why are you so close to the border this night?" Willowgrove asked.
"We were here for a walk, " the big cat replied hot headedly, he must be Lionblaze, "I suppose your intentions were any better."
"Why were you so close to the border?" Willowgrove persisted.
"I told-"
"Lionblaze let me, we were just talking about some things, and one thing led to another and we found ourselves here," the she cat explained diplomatically.
"It's a good thing you didn't cross the border Lionblaze and companion," Willowgrove spat.
"I'm Cinderheart thank-you," the she cat said.
"Leave now, and reporting you to Blackstar will be all I do,"
"Come on Cinderheart, she's not worth our time," Lionblaze growled, "Whats your name?"
"Willowgrove, " she replied. The two Thunderclan cats turned tail and fled into thier disgusting undergrowth. Willowgrove turned and padded through the pine trees, this would make a good story for Blackstar.
