Why hello, This story has been thought up by my friend and me but all the writing has been done by her since I was not able to type. Originally this was planned to be a fan adventure of some sorts but again, with a broken computer I could not draw. Not much is written yet but of course it will eventually be updated again, soon I hope.

Full summary

Vriska Serket is the newest student at her high school, and she's been having a little bit of a hard time. Because, you know, that thing about breaking that one kid's legs, and the one dead girl's journal, and the school administration is trying to kill her, for some old secrets about that super attendant who may or may not be a murderer. And someone going around and turning the rest of the class against her, except for Nepeta, who hates her anyways.

You know. The usual.

You know what's great about public school? They've got such complacency for the norm that if you show you have more than a little bit of money, you're instantly the attention getter. Feferi's are nice, and why shouldn't I be able to show off? It's not like Private schools. Those are so lammeeeee. They've got no sense of excitement, or respect for those of obvious higher class. The public schools have shit for uniforms, though.

They don't make nearly as big a deal about a couple of marks on your school and criminal. Okay, maybe setting the Principle's car on fire was a little much, but when you think about it, was it really? Of course not.

Besides, when your school's secretary is flipping off everyone and smoking a joint, you have to put into perspective who was the bad guy here.

The first week of school was rather bland, though I could see the whispers being passed about, and such. I did, however meet a certain student who was more or less friendly.

"Hello, Madam Gremlin."

"Hello, Council. Is the crime rate up?" I say.

"By now it has, considering your attendance." Terezi's voice picked up on a sour note at the last syllable of the word. "Speaking of which, Miss Serket, you've been late for several classes, already."

"I'm sure the hall monitor was mistaken."

Terezi let out a bark of a laugh. "It's more than likely, but Mr. Vantas is typically very anal about when students are late or not."

"You can't blame me for that, for one. And second, where are your witnesses?" I replied suavely. The ring of a bell put an end to our banter. Terezi readjusted her glasses, light reflecting off of them.

"Get to class, Mindfang."

"I should say the same to you, Redglare." The legislator-to-be walked off, leaving me in the hall. Most people were in class by now, but I wasn't interested in going yet.
