Summary: What if there was someone that Seto Kaiba fell in love with? What if this person loved him also? What could happen, especially if she's the new girl in school and is related to someone Kaiba doesn't get along with very well? Who knows.
Chapter One: New Girl?
History class, oh how boring it can be at times. It was that way to a
certain brown-eyed, blonde-haired duelist named Joey Wheeler. He was
sitting at his desk, just listening to the teacher drone on and on about the
Tokugawa Shogunate and how they played a "supposedly" "vital role" in
how their current culture came about. In Joey's mind, 'yeah right.'
That's when he felt it.
A paper wad hit him in the back of the head with efficiency and
accuracy. Joey smiled. He happened to share this class with Tristan,
Yugi, and worst of all, Kaiba. It figures that Tristan would see him being
bored and decide to pass notes. So, ever so carefully, he bent down to
retrieve the note and sat up. Unfolding the paper ball, he read it carefully.
It read:
"Did you hear about that new girl? I hear she's hot.
-Tristan."
Joey was a little surprised and confused. Yeah, he heard about a new girl
from talk around the school, but he didn't know who she was or what
she looked like. His thought processes were stopped mid-tracks when
the door to the classroom opened.
