I do not own Miraculous Ladybug.

Miraculous Ladybug

SUMMARY: Is this the day I turn into a supervillain? Outsider POV

NOTES: Set around season 1.

WARNINGS: Nothing too bad.

The city of Paris was lucky to have its heroes. Ladybug and Chat Noir saved the day from the evil akumas.

We're not evil!

To anybody who has never been akumatized, they don't know what it's like. They don't understand. They will never understand. Until they get angry or sad enough, they will never know what it's like to suddenly feel like you have no control of your actions. To make a deal with the devil who offers you vengeance and petty revenge when you feel wronged. To fight a pair of young superheroes and forget the entire experience once Ladybug purifies the akuma. To only find out what happened from news coverage, the LadyBlog and people looking at you like you're a monster. It may be a normal part of day-to-day life, but there will always be people who will hold a grudge and blame you for things you didn't mean to do.

"It won't happen to me," They say.

Anybody can become an akuma and forced to fight Ladybug and Chat Noir. Several adults know what it's like and nearly an entire class of children have turned into one. The very first victim was a teenager for Christ sake. If it can happen to even a five-year-old it can happen to anybody. Getting angry or depressed is a part of life. It's naïve to believe that it will never happen to you. You don't have to be let down by your hero or have a family heirloom destroyed. The simplest thing like getting expelled from school or your parents grounding you can make the kindest person turn into a villain.

Is this the day I turn into a supervillain?

You know that Harvey Dent quote from the Dark Knight Trilogy? "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain." That's kind of what life is like now. Anybody with common sense knows that.

Good? Bad? Something in between? I wanted to write a short 500 words or less story from an outsider's pov.
