That's how it all started. When Katara told the story of how Aang stopped Fire Lord Ozai. Me and my friend Joe started messing around I tried using an earth bender stance and Joe used a water bending stance. While I was messing around a giant rock started floating in front of me I probably looked more surprised than anyone there I put my arms down making sure it was me and wouldn't you guess it the rock floated down with my arms. Everyone just stared and then clapped And Katara came up "I was not expecting the avatar so soon" she said, I was freaking out, I took some water out of my water skin and turned it into an ice board and sled down a hill of snow, I stopped at my house, I needed a break so many things have been happening in my life recently, I am not even in distress about becoming the avatar it's so much more than that, I think tomorrow I am going to leave the south, I don't know where to but I am leaving.

I am not going to bother leaving a note my foster parents don't care, my remaining family don't care, and no one in the south cares. I am heading east. after awhile i ran into a problem I had no way to travel after I hit water, and I had never actually left the south "Hey you what are you doing out so late!" someone yelled I turned around he was wearing armor I forgot about the guards!
