Lost-Chapter 1; The New Guy
Aniya's POV
Everyday was the same at Agni High School1st Perioid, 2nd Period, Lunch, then 3rd and 4th Period. It's boring. I rather go to. Kuei High with my friends. But no, I have to go here because my stupid father and mother say so. I hate them. They act like they own me when they don't. I'm my own person and no one can control me.
I met up with my best friends, Kanon and Kyree. They're sisters and one of the most popular girls in school, along with me. We do almost everything together and are such troublemakers, exactly why we got the name The Devil's Angels.
"You still up for tonight?" Kanon said with a smirk. I laughed and nodded. "Why wouldn't I be?"
She smiled and nodded. "Good, me, you and Kyree will sneak out after lunch." I nodded and smiled.
"Gotcha, see you later guys." I said and walked to 2nd Period.
I walked into Biology and took a seat all the way in the back. I put my hood over my head and waited until class started. Honestly, I like this class. It's entertaining.
My teacher, Miss Kuros walked and smiled at everyone but me of course. She turned towards the door and used her index finger to motion a boy with blonde hair and crystal blue eyes to walk in.
"Class," she said with a smile. "This is Kanuku; he's new here from California. Please welcome him. Now, Kanuku please find a seat."
Ironically, there were NO seats, except for one beside me. He turned his body and walked to the seat, sat down and smiled. "I'm Kanuku." He said.
I gave him a look and said rather coldly. "I know…"
He stared at me blankly for a sec then spoke again. "You are..?"
"Aniya..."
"What a beautiful name…" Kanuku said and winked. I rolled my eyes. "Flattery will get you no where, so shut up and listen to Miss Kuros."
He laughed slightly and turned around. Thank goodness I had my hood over my head so he couldn't see me blushing.
