"Lily!" a voice called from downstairs "Lily get up!"

A small chipmunk awoke and saw four legs on her bed going up and down.

"Lilac! A.J.!" she screamed "Get off my bed!"

The other girl giggled "C'mon!" she said "We were just waking you up!"

"Yeah sis! Take a joke!" said the boy bouncing off her bed

"Lily, Lilac, and A.J. Seville!" a voice said again "This is the second time I've called you! If I have to call you a third time, I'm coming up there!"

"Coming!" the three called back

Three rushed down the stairs, Lily's red p.j.'s with a giant 'L' in yellow glitter shone against the sunlight. Lilac's green night-gown was to long for her, so each morning she nearly tripped on it. A.J. was wearing his father's old p.j.'s.

"AAAHHH!" screamed Lilac nearly tripping over her p.j.'s.

She bumped into A.J. "Watch where your going Lilac!"

Lily, fallowing close behind her siblings had called "Would you two stop arguing!"

They had gotten to the bottom of the stairs to find they're father, Alvin Seville, sitting at the table and they're mother, Eleanor Seville, cooking.

They're father pulled his newspaper away from his face "Your finally down!"

"Yep!" the three said taking they're seats

"Hows my best boy?"

"Great!" said A.J., his father tustled his hair

"Hows my sweet green girl?"

"Fabou as always" she said sitting proud and tall in her chair

"And what about my little Lils?"

"Same as I always am, bright and chipper!" said Lily, raising her head.

"Fantastic!" Alvin said "Because today, is a big day."

"What what what!" the three exclaimed

"Your first concert!" Alvin said

"No way!" exclaimed Lilac "We get to go to a concert?"

"No," he said "You'll be in a concert!"

They were planing on starting band, like Alvin and his brothers had done. Same with Eleanor and her sisters. They were planing on Lilac being the lead singer, Lily being the back-up singer, and A.J. being the one playing guitar.

"Lilac," Alvin said "I want you to be the leader singer."

She always gets something better than me! thought Lily. She knew that Lilac was good at singing, the problem was, her parents didn't know that Lily was a just as great as a singer as Lilac was.

"Now you three go get dressed."
