An Unexpected Turn of Events
Preface
"BEAM ME UP!" I need to get back aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise right away. I knew I shouldn't have come on this mission, but I just couldn't risk anyone's life. Not anyone's but my own… But more importantly he is safe, and that makes me more than happy to risk my own safety to keep him safe.
This planet is strange; it appeared to be empty with little to no information. I knew it could be dangerous so I went alone, much to my first officer's disapproval. So I beamed down to this unknown planet to check it out before I had any of my officers here. Little did I know – nor did anyone know for that matter – that there were crazy beings here. We had no idea if there was even life on this planet, and here I am having just been attacked by a group of women from this odd community of people.
"Beam me up, Scotty!" I shout once more into my communicator. Still running from these savage women, I look for a place to hide so he can beam me up. I finally find a small forested area, its dark. I should be able to stay hidden here… I lay down and hide under some branches, hoping I can't be seen. I'm starting to feel dizzy and I'm bleeding in numerous places. Next thing I know, it's black. I've passed out.
God I hope Scotty beams me up in time.

I sincerely hope this fan fiction takes off and I hope to have readers give me feedback to help me on further chapters. This is just a preface, so obviously it is small and that's for a reason. Chapters will most definitely be longer and not choppy as this preface appears to be. I'm currently working on the first chapter so reviews would help a lot. Let me know what you guys think.
