"Hey there baby. You certainly look electrifying tonight. Definitely the sweetest treat I've seen all evening."

Standing outside the Loud's corn maze, Maggie looked at the puppet dressed as Frankenstein, then at her girlfriend in a mad scientist costume holding it, with her usual blank expression.

"The puppet keeps flirting with me and I ask Lynn to borrow her chainsaw."

Luan chuckled nervously and hid Mr. Coconut behind her back.

"Hahahaha. Wow, that Mr. Coconut says some crazy stuff huh. But seriously, you do look really nice tonight."

Maggie blushed and ran a hand through the white streak she'd put in her hair. She could feel luan's eyes staring at her body covered in a long white dress.

"Well, you said you were going to be doctor Frankenstein and I just…..figured we'd look better with matching costumes." She mumbled

"I always did say that there were sparks between us."

Maggie rolled her eyes. "I think were more like magnets."

Luan raised an eyebrow. "What?"

"Because your puns keep repelling me."

A tear of joy ran down Luan's face. "I love you so much right now."

Maggie's face turned bright red. "Whatever. So how's Lucy's corn maze going?"

"Pretty good. After those two jerks came by and messed with all the people no one would come, but things have definitely pick up after they left. I don't bully-ieve they'll be coming back and things have been A-maze-ing since they ran off."

Maggie smirked. "You trying for a triple pun in one sentence again?"

"I did it before and I'll do it again!" Luan declared proudly.

"Hey guys." Said Lucy.

Luan yelped in fright while Maggie just waved at her. "Hey Lucy."

"Luan, we need you back in the maze. More people have started showing up."

"Okay, I'll be there in a second." After Lucy left Luan turned to Maggie. "How do you never get scared by her?"

She shrugged. "I just don't get scared as easily as you chickens."

Luan's eyes narrowed. "Oh yeah? Well why don't you try going through the maze and then we'll see who's a chicken. If you can manage to get through without wetting your pants in terror, I'll even put away Mr. Coconut whenever we hang out."

Maggie rubbed her chin in thought. "Interesting. And what do you get if you win?"

Luan moved her face inches away from hers. "Something very special."

Maggie's turned scarlet. "What?"

"You can't complain about my puns. Until. Christmas."

Maggie grew a look of horror on her face thinking of the barrage of puns Luan would inflict upon her. "Your evil"

"Only for you."

Maggie pushed her away. "Fine you're on. I'd say your goodbyes to your little puppet pal cuz you won't be seeing each other as much. "

"And I'd think of getting ready for some delicious turkey puns starting tomorrow." Luan teased.

With the bet made the two of them headed into the maze.
