Ducky was stood in front of a corpse inside his autopsy; it was a Jane Doe, roughly aged 16. He gave a blood sample to Abby Scuito. Whilst he studied the body, performing the dreaded autopsy on the unknown girl.
The team were upstairs, they did not know how this dead body turned up inside the navy yard. As they looked into it more they discovered that the girl had been dropped from a helicopter above the grounds of the navy yard.
Ziva sighed, this girl looked so familiar in a way, but she didn't understand it, she had Gibb's bright blue eyes!
Abby gasped seeing the result of the blood test and did it four times to make sure. Taking the results to Ducky, he too was rather shocked. Tidying up from the autopsy he cleaned up the body, and covered her with a white sheet.
Ducky and Abby made their way up to the bullpen, and were soon stood in front of the team.
Gibbs was grumpy, he was annoyed at how this could be done to such a young girl, "Ya going to tell us why you're up here and not down there doing the autopsy Duck?"
Ducky sighed, "Yes Jethro, I have finished the autopsy, the poor girl died of a bullet wound to the stomach, but that isn't why we are here Jetro"
Gibbs sighed, "You going to explain?"
Ducky nodded, and passed him the test results
Jethro frowned, "This can't be true"
Ziva looked confused, "What cannot be true"
Gibbs looked at her, "When I left you in Israel seventeen years ago, was you pregnant?"
Agent David looked down, "I wanted to tell you, but.. what has this to do with the case…" she paled
Jethro took her into his arms as the normally strong woman begun to cry, "She can't be gone Jethro"
Gibbs held her close to him, and looked at Ducky, "Can we see her?"
Ducky nodded, as the parents went downstairs
Ziva stood in front of the child pulling back the cover, and running her hand over her cheek, telling her in Hebrew, "I love you so much my darling Princess"
Gibbs stood beside her, the death of their child had brought them back together again, and they vowed to catch their daughter's killer
