New Jersey

In the abandoned bunker of New Jersey, three girls around their teen years are unpacking the boxes set for some sort of new base, the bunker of the Cape May Point State Park that was used in cases of the nuclear war since World War II. Surrounded by the sand while the water keeps flowing back and forth. The beach is the perfect place to hang out in a summer time. To clear your head. The oldest of the trio have long black hair wearing a red long-sleeved shirt with a jean-sweater and a leather skirt.
Name: Donna Troy
Age: 17
Species: Amazon
Alter-ego: Wonder Girl
Designation: A-01
"Let us take a break, I already ordered us some tacos and they're not going to eat themselves." Said Donna. Another girl has blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a pink sweater with a light blue crop top under and jean. "Finally, I'm so starving. I can't even think of anything else." The blonde sighed. Doing all the heavy lifting with these boxes over her shoulders.
Name: Kara Zor-El
Age:?
Species: Kryptonian
Alter-ego: Supergirl, Kara Kent
Designation: A-02
"Hey Barbara, are you gonna join us or what?" The Girl of Steel asked. The third is the youngest with Auburn hair tied to a ponytail, wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. She's working on a machine that can transport anyone anywhere at any time. "I'll be with you in a moment. I am almost finished putting finishing touches on these Zeta-tubes the Justice League use to have access anywhere."
Name: Barbara Gordon
Age: 12
Species: Human
Alter-ego: Batgirl
Designation: A-03
"Y'know, being a team of our own is even better than joining the Justice League. I mean it takes time for the League to accept us as part of their group, but rest assured, we'll be the greatest superheroes worldwide." Barbara stated. "I just hope my dad doesn't find out that I'm in New Jersey, otherwise he would freak out."
"Don't worry, he'll never know. Maybe as long we have the zeta-tubes to get back home." Kara reassured her. "Besides, this place is the best pick for our own superhero base. I called it, Base Justice."
"Base Justice it is. This place could use some danger alerts whenever there's trouble. How else are we supposed to know?" Donna questioned. All except Barbara are chowing on the tacos, the bunker is a place where no one goes often. "Besides, we are the SBFFs. Someday. It'll be our turn to save the world." Batgirl happened to have meet Supergirl a few months ago, as Barbara she went with her father on vacation to Metropolis, before they got here, they were on an airplane. Until the turbines exploded, and it was about to crash, but it was intervened when Supergirl and Superman saved the passengers carrying the plane to the airport safely. The red-head found herself amazed, Supergirl also managed to apprehend the bomber and turned him into the police. 2 days later, she went to Gotham City and a week after, she took up the Batgirl mantle. When villainess duo Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy work together with another criminal, Livewire from Metropolis, Batgirl and Supergirl teamed up and defeated the trio from terrorizing Gotham. Since then, the two strike a friendship that evil will never break, later Donna also joined up fighting crime unexpected, and then there are three. As an ultimate trio, the SBFFs (stands for Super Best Friends Forever), in the name of justice. They're not just regular girls, they are heroines.
"Okay now, it's ready." Barbara called out. "Who wants to try it out first?"
"Let me give it a go." Kara volunteered. "Starting out with Metropolis." Barbara started typing giving the eagerly girl of steel the access and pinned the location to Metropolis.

"Access granted. Recognized: Supergirl A-02. Recognized: Batgirl A-03. Recognized: Wonder Girl A-01." They exited from the telephone booth and turns out it work. The city of Metropolis, home to not just Supergirl, but also the Man of Steel himself, Superman. One of the brightest cities in the world where the Dailey Planet newspaper and studio is held at where the story of heroes spread. "Well, we're here." Kara began.
"I forgot how cool this place is." Barbara gasped.
"I've been there for a little bit of a detour." Donna said.
"So, what should we do now?" Barbara asked.
"Let's head over to the beach. This place is nice over there and the water is like super-refreshing."
Suddenly Kara heard panicking from afar and not long before she took off her civilian clothes that were over her hero-suit and becomes Supergirl. "I'll be right back!" She flies the fastest than any superhero would ever compete with, except for Flash who has super-speed. As trouble continues, she looked down and saw a train full of citizens heading towards the end of its track that was bombed by a random crook, Supergirl waste no time to move in front of it and push it back slowing it down. Sparks coming from the bottom and finally it stopped. Whenever Superman is elsewhere on a mission with the Justice League, Supergirl will be the one to save the day. Inside the crowd is cheering and one redheaded teen took a picture of her from behind the window, with his cell phone. Supergirl smiles in relief that the people are safe and no signs of injuries.
After the near-rail downfall, police informed Supergirl about the incident. "Well there's no sign of the guy responsible for the railroads. But we managed to get a sample of what's left of the evidence." He showed her the bombed that was burnt. "I'll take this to the Justice League and see if there's anybody they knew." Supergirl replied.
"Thank you Supergirl." That is when Batgirl and Wonder Girl arrived and missed the scene. They noticed she was smirking about something. "Um what are you smiling about?" Batgirl asked.
"You know. I have a better idea. We're gonna solve this case on our own without the Justice League's help."
"You're not seriously thinking about doing this on our own, are we? I mean we can call my da-I mean Commissioner Gordon about this." Batgirl suggested.
"Think about it, instead of sitting here doing nothing while the League does all the work, we're gonna be the ones to save the day. So, who's with me?" Wonder Girl then snatched the bomb off her hand. "No, we are not doing that! Doing this without authorization would bring dishonor to a hero's duty. My sister once said that such decisions would come to a regret when the worst happens."
"True but think about it. The League are kept busy on the mission preventing a galactic war on Planet Tamaran started by its current ruler. Crime will go unpunished if nobody does something about it." Supergirl pointed out. "Come on. Look on the bright side though, we'll be the ones to apprehend bad guys, save the world, and you know the rest."
"I'm with Supergirl on this one." Batgirl added. They turned to the jumbo screen in front of them. The news from the Daily Planet. "This is Lois Lane reporting live from the Daily Planet, reports had been indicating that 67% of girls ages 12-18 had been abducted through unknown phenomenon causes. Parents and siblings had been in a state of panic of this event. Sightings have been spotted by local viewers saying that there has been anonymous activity with portals that has taken them. The Justice League are nowhere to be seen except members Green Lantern and Cyborg who are investigating the scene of the crime. The abductees included Lex Luthor's younger sister, Lena Luthor. And Gotham City's Police Commissioner Gordon's daughter, Barbara Gordon who's been missing for 2 days."
"Seriously? Why would I be on the list?" Batgirl whispered to her BFFs.
"And now for the interview with Lex-Corp's CEO, Luthor himself, who is blackmailed. Mr. Luthor is this true that you would achieve something to guarantee your sister's safety?" The scene switches to Lex standing in front of Lex-Corp building. "It is true that Superman and I have been enemies for years, but nobody means a lot more to me than my sister, Lena. I was forced to commit a crime and I couldn't forgive myself if anything happened to her, but I must do what I can to bring Lena back safely, even if it meant putting the lives or myself at risk."
"And there you have it. Families are seen pleading to authorities for the safe return of their daughters, sisters and nieces hoping that they are still alive. While the remaining are advised to stay indoors as schools are cancelled until further notice. You're live now Cat Grant."
"Thank you, Lois. In other news, a new vigilante appears as the mysterious female hero who was caught on camera by a high school photographer of Freeland. Showing that she joined the hunt while stopping attempted kidnappings. The citizens are grateful to the new heroine, her name is yet to be known. The young photographer, whose name is Jake Anderson said he witnessed that her superpower is shockwaves." The screen then turns to a photograph of an African-American girl in a black and yellow suit. "Mr. Anderson, do you have a comment?"
"The new super is quite the hottie, she took down about several members of the Intergang. For what I saw her costume kinda resembles Black Lightning. My theory is that she must be related to him. She might be his daughter, sister, I don't know."
"Do you think that the Intergang are responsible for the recent abductions?"
"Of course, they did this. How else do you think when it comes to the impossible? Who else kidnapped kids to do their bidding?"
"A new girl in mask? We should totally recruit her." Supergirl suggested.
"Supergirl, now is not the time to meet heroes we never met. You are right about one thing, crime should never go unpunished. Perhaps it's time we take action."
"That's the spirit! And I know just the place where someone can locate the Intergang."
"You guys are my BFFs, I'll follow you' til the end."
"Hey wait! We're coming with you!" A new voice is heard from behind, two young boys in mask. "And you are?" Wonder Girl asked.
"I'm Kid Flash and this is Robin."
"What are you two doing in Metropolis?! You're suppose to be in your own turfs!" Supergirl scolded them.
"You know these two, Supergirl?" Batgirl asked.
"Happened to be in babysitting services every time I have to keep them out of the most dangerous missions." She whispered.
"Since the League are busier than usual, KF and I thought we could come along to…"
"Absolutely…Not."
"Aw come on! Please?!" Kid Flash pleaded. There is no point of putting anymore kids in danger, but something popped in Supergirl's mind to make them stay out of it. "Actually, the League sent me to let you know that they have an assignment for you."
"Really?"
"Yes of course. Head to the Bay in the 56th West Avenue and I will give you the details on your next move on this case. And if you do so, you'll be given part-time membership to the Justice League." Robin and Kid Flash looked at each other and took second thoughts if they are taking real assignments. But then accept it. "Okay, we'll take it."
"Yes! Alright!" With that, Kid Flash super-speeds out and Robin swings away with his grappling hook. They left for the supposed mission.
"Don't worry, I already notify the police to send them back home." Batgirl concluded.
"Good, this way those children will be out of harm's way." Wonder Girl said.
"I wouldn't call them kids though, they're basically around our teen years, well almost for some of us. Let's head to S.T.A.R Labs, I know just the guy who could help us."
S.T.A.R Labs

"Thank you for the assistance Dr. Stone." Wonder Girl said to S.T.A.R Labs' research director, Dr. Silas Stone. "Anything for the Justice Leaguers. By the looks of things, that bomb you showed me just now is apokoliptian technology. If I am correct, I suppose that the Intergang are responsible for the abductions in the first place. There's no doubt that the young women are being held captive in Apokolips. Where the parademons took place before the Justice League were founded. My research team found this before my son was caught in the accident, but it grants him the ability to gain access through electronics and facilities. If you want I could contact him and…" Supergirl interrupted.
"No. We're only here because we know you have studied alien tech for years, the League are still occupied with the mission on Tamaran. So, we don't want to hold them back, so we're able to convince them to send us instead." Supergirl lied, not wanting him to find out that the League did not know of their intentions to save lives themselves, that would mean big trouble for the three. "Please, Doctor. You're the only one who can get us to Apokolips. We're not letting any more civilian lives at risk."
"Very well. I'll see what I can do." Stone sighed. "In the meantime, make yourselves at home." 3 hours later, Supergirl, Batgirl and Wonder Girl took the time they need to relax. Supergirl can't help but complain of how long it takes for something to be finished. Wonder Girl seemed to be patient enough but didn't say a word about time itself. Batgirl is reading a magazine called, "Gotham Souvenirs" where it contains articles of valuable artifacts.
"Ugh! So bored!" The Girl of Steel whined.
"Patience Supergirl. The more you complain, the more it will get you nowhere." Wonder Girl remarked. Dr. Stone finally came through the door that slid open and stepped forward. Announcing, "It is done." He took the item out of his pocket that shows a small device used out of the bomb being planted earlier. "With this explosive device, I am able to amplify it with the remaining systems of the Mother Box with bits of parademon communication device that was transmitted to Apokolips. It should get you there." He threw the device at Supergirl.
"Thanks Dr. S. I'll be sure to repay you another time." Suddenly there was a break-in when the glass shattered from the skylight window. A person lands in and created shockwaves that was powerful enough to blow them away. With that attack, the portal device slipped off the female Kryptonian's hands and an unknown figure caught it. Batgirl is astonished to recognized that person. "Hey I know you! You're the new masked hero, aren't you?"
"Batgirl, we don't know if she's who you think she is! We need to get the device before she does anything to it!" Wonder Girl ordered. She spun her magic lasso that is capable to make a tight grip on what or whoever gets caught. But the girl catch it in her own hands and pulled the amazon princess and struck her in the stomach. Batgirl used her smoke pellets to go invisible. But the girl manages to see through with her goggles that has sensors. Batgirl charged at her giving her a left fist but missed. She then kicked but the vigilante grabbed her right ankle and throw her out of the way. Supergirl was the last to strike but she dodged her spin kick but sliding under. Running further to the mainframe computers.
"I'm sorry! But I have to do this!" The mysterious girl apologized, she pressed the green button and it opens a portal and jumps through it. "She's getting away! After her!" Supergirl yelled. They followed along.
Apokolips

The new heroine arrived in Planet Apokolips, the name is no joke as the environment is more apocalyptic. Slaves doing the bidding under orders of the ruler of Darkseid. Parademons smarming each locations of the planet. Hot lava and explosions spreading across Apokolips. No human can ever survive this to the death. The new heroine arrives and pulls herself out of the portal, she looked around the area and knew this isn't going to be simple to fight her way through. But the feminine trio took her by surprise. They tackled her and going for the game of good cop and bad cop pinning her down. "Alright you! You got questions to answer! First who are you and why do you want to come here in the first place?!"
"Wait Supergirl! I believe she has her reasons." They got off her back and Wonder Girl helped her up. "Listen, I know it's hard to trust each other. But if we talk, we can help each other out." Wonder Girl told her sympathetically. The girl is far too reluctant to consider. Knowing she won't be able to accomplish her goals on her own. The worried look on her face stared to smear. "Allow me to start first. I'll prove that we can trust each other. You see, I'm Wonder Girl, but my real name is Donna Troy."
"Wonder Girl, are you sure about this?" Batgirl opposed the idea of revealing the secret identities.
"It's alright. She is one of us." She reassured her.
"In this case, I'm Supergirl, real name is Kara Zor-El from Krypton."
"Oh what the heck. I'm Barbara Gordon. You see my dads' a police commissioner but he doesn't know that I'm Batgirl. Anyway, what's your name and hero identity? And what are you doing" She asked.
The girl sighed and took off her goggles. "I am Thunder. But my real name is Anissa Pierce. My dad is Black Lightning, I became a masked crime-fighter after he disappeared 12 days ago. I've come here because my little sister Jennifer is kidnapped by the Intergang."
