Of course they said he was the only one, he would have admitted to been the only one, to save me, the only one who he was able to save; but now it was my turn to save him, our time had come, and all would pay.

Nibiru, an M-class planet, saved by James Kirk and his crew in 2259, the Nibirans were still a very undeveloped species, which in this case was an advantage; their weapons would count for nothing.

Ayla approach the planet at speed, shields up, guns ready; this was going to take no more than an hour, the Nibirans would be destroyed. Ayla landed her ship on top of the houses, just outside the main sector of the Nibiran city; arming herself with her phaser cannon; a specially designed weapon for her use only, this weapon alone would eradicate the Nibirans; she was going to enjoy this.

The five year mission was cut short by the news that Nibiru had been invaded and all living things destroyed, Kirk and his crew had returned to Earth after spending barely a month in space. Kirk demanded to know the details, but because of how far behind Nibiru had been in it s technological development there was very little information available. The destruction of Nibiru was a personal matter for the crew of the USS Enterprise as they had saved the planet from extinction.

The cryostasis chambers were lined up, all 73 of them, the guards lay incapacitated on the floor near where Ayla had made her entrance. The young augment frantically searched the tubes, looking for Khan, typing in the sequence code, drawing her weapon in case anyone tried to stop her; anxiously awaiting Khan to awaken.

As the procedure was completed an alarm rang out, alerting Starfleet to the fact someone was interfering with the cryotubes.

"KHAN!" Ayla shouted, slapping the man round the face as he began to come round. The man blinked at Ayla. "I'll explain later." She handed Khan a gun. "We don't have time to awaken them, but they will be awakened soon; i have someone on the inside." Ayla explained as Khan stared at his crew, he was abandoning them again.

"How did you find me?" Khan asked, shooting down a guard, watching as Ayla's bracelet transformed into a small phaser cannon, she fired it at the large metal barriers, burning a hole in the structure.

"I have my ways." There would be time to talk later, right now all Ayla was interested in was how to get to her ship. "Put this on." Khan was handed a Starfleet uniform; they both changed quickly before running out onto the streets of San Francisco, missing the guards that had just arrived at the scene.

"I see you've continued to develop enhanced weaponry," Khan noted, staring at the girls bracelet. She rolled her eyes, throwing a belt in the man's direction.

"You'll enjoy using that." Shots were fired in their direction, Ayla used Khan as a platform, leaping into the air, activating her bracelet once again, this time sending out multiple high-powered shots, Khan took the opportunity to use his new gadget, Ayla noticed, jumping back to him, hiding behind the man; the forced released from the belt would have been enough to knock Khan back, but Ayla had braced herself against him, so when the energy was released they stayed stationary. The energy that escaped the belt disintegrated the guards and half the street, shattering the glass of the surrounding buildings. A smile spread across Khan's lips, Ayla had indeed been busy.

(I know it's not much so far, but tell me what you think, if people are interested i'll cobtinue, if not, it's a one-shot) x
