It was three in the morning and a certain blue haired woman lay awake from the ear-splitting thunder.
Her amber orbs looked blankly at the ceiling, memorizing every scratch and stain to occupy her brain.
Although she was from Amegakure (village hidden in the rain) Konan had developed a fear for thunder as a child.
She clearly hadn't outgrown it.
After boring herself to death she let out a long sigh.
"Pein could sleep through anything " she mumbled bitterly.
The orange-haired male's loud snores made her envy him.
She squeaked as she heard a loud thunder crash.
Paranoid, she lay covered by her blanket, she heard footsteps out in the hall.
She patiently listened to the footsteps near her door.
Her squeaky door opened slowly and in walked said orange-head.
Clad in only his boxers he rubbed his eyes then slowly slipped into konan's blanket.
He wrapped his strong arms around her delicate papery-shoulders , as she blushed feeling their rough fingertips graze her skin.
He softly murmured into her ear "i'll stay as long as it rains"
She blushed lying in his arms, konan smiled at his caring words.
She felt an electric feel tingling her spine.
"As long as it rains" she said softly
