On a Thursday evening, the twins were watching television while their mom was singing at an event in the ballroom. Zack was growing bored.

"Hey, Cody, what do you say we try out our new roller skates?" Zack asked.

Cody was too engrossed in the program to even notice his brother was trying to get his attention.

"Cody?" Zack repeated.

"I'm right in the middle of my show, Zack!" Cody snapped.

"Well, you go ahead and watch this science lesson-" Zack began.

"It's a nature documentary!" Cody corrected him.

"-whatever. I'm leaving." Zack said. He found his roller skates and left the suite.

It took a minute, but Zack balanced himself fairly easily as he navigated the hallway. He wanted to explore a new part of the hotel. He realized the only place had not snooped around in before was Mr. Moseby's office.

Mr. Moseby was probably in the lobby, doing manager stuff, Zack concluded. So it was safe to skate into his office.

The door was unlocked; Zack let himself in. Sure enough, the coast was clear. He found the light switch and illuminated the room. The desk had to be an antique, Zack thought, it looked even older than his mom! He had to take just a quick peak inside the drawers.

Mr. Moseby was returning from handling a dispute with a guest. He was worn out and wanted nothing more than to pour himself a drink and sit in his comfy spinning chair. When he reached his office, he noticed the door was ajar and the light was on.

Zack heard the man coming, but with the roller skates on, he couldn't stand up - he was stuck on his knees, clearly rummaging through Mr. Moseby's personal property. Uh oh, he thought.

"Who's in here?" the hotel manager demanded.

"It's just me, Mr. Moseby. Zack." the boy replied.

Mr. Moseby's heart sank. He worried more than anything about being in a situation like this, alone with a Martin boy in a compromising position.

He had been madly in love with them ever since he laid eyes on them when their mother had toted them along for her audition. Zack and Cody were the reason Mr. Moseby even hired Carey when there were several more skilled musicians wanting the job.

The worst part about it was that he had to pretend to be annoyed by the boys. He had to ignore their charms, and chastise them for their youthful antics.

"Should've guessed! What are you up to now?" Mr. Moseby asked, closing the door behind him.

"I'm stuck! I was roller skating, and I wanted to look at your desk up close…" Zack trailed off.

"This is my office. It belongs to me, not you little scoundrels…" the manager scorned. Zack was looking at him with puppy-dog eyes, and Mr. Moseby could feel his willpower dissolving.

"Let me help you up," Mr. Moseby offered.

He wanted to love him, but he could only discipline him.

"Now, Zack, for your punishment. Turn your back towards me and put your hands on the desk."

Zack obliged.

Mr. Moseby pulled down the boy's pants, revealing cherry red underwear. He quickly pulled those down, too, and Zack's smooth butt was exposed.

"Ow!" Zack cried when the hotel manager spanked his bottom. The sound made Mr. Moseby feel incredibly guilty, to the point that his eyes welled up. He couldn't believe he had hurt the beautiful angel.

"Oh, Zack, I'm so sorry. I can't believe what I did. I can't…"

Zack pulled up his pants and rushed out of the office and back to the suite, as fast as he could on the roller skates.

Cody was now in his pajamas lying on the couch.

"Where were you, Zack? I was getting worried!" he said.

Zack explained everything that happened.

"Mom always says that a kiss makes the pain go away," Cody said, "show me where it hurts."
