Percy was sitting in the Argo II's deck, observing the ocean below them; the weather was pleasant and the son of Poseidon was enjoying the rare peace he had in that moment.

"Percy!" Jason exclaimed, breaking the silence. "I was looking for you."

Percy, curious, observed the blond sitting on his side, imagining why does the demigod was looking for him.

"Is there any problem, Jason?"

The other demigod laughed. "No, I was just wondering… What do you think about Nico?"

Percy frowned, confused by the sudden question.

"Hm… He's a good friend, and a great fighter… Why?"

Jason rolled his eyes, disappointed. "No! I mean, don't you think he's pretty with that jacket that is bigger than him, or the lovely way he smiles? Or how does his hair falls in his angular face? Or how…"

Percy seemed more confused as Jason continued asking questions, looking to his friend like he was losing it. Jason didn't seem to notice Percy's confusion, because he continued:

"…Or how he became lovely when he moves away from everyone, sitting in the deck, just observing the dark night? When you see him like that, don't you have the desire of hugging him and never let him go ever again?"

Percy, who never seemed so confused, interrupted Jason's thoughts.

"Ahn, Jason… Do you have something to tell me? Or to Piper?"

Jason stopped taking, dramatically putting his hand above his chest. "Me? No, no, of course not! I'm just showing the qualities of a friend; qualities you should have noticed, by the way."

Percy said nothing, just staring at his friend, more confused as he would be if he saw the Minotaur dancing ballet. After a few seconds, he raise up his hands as a gest of surrender.

"Ok, if you're saying it…"

After saying this, Percy got up, going out to the lower part of the ship, feeling Jason's look following him through the way. Before he could go down, Nico Di'Angelo bumped at him at the stairs.

"Nico!" Percy said. "You should go talk to Jason, he was saying something about how he thinks you're charming and beautiful… I don't know, he just seemed out of his mind. You should go see what's going on with him."

Nico looked frightened to Percy, but when he turned to see Jason on the other side of the ship, his look was murderous.

"Grace…." Nico growled, irritated.

Percy shrugged, leaving the two alone. However, before getting out and go down the stairs, he couldn't not notice that Nico really was pretty with his dark hair falling above his angular face.
