A/N: Hello, and welcome to my first attempt at writing Destiel and Sabriel. Obviously this will be slightly ooc, and is set mid season 5. Possibly some spoilers, but none so far. currently rated T, but may go up later. so... enjoy.

"Dean, I do not understand that reference." mumbled Cas, while looking confusedly at Dean Winchester. Even after three years of knowing him, Dean sometimes forgets that the awkward man in an over-sized trench coat is an angel, and doesn't always understand the jokes passed between himself and his brother- Sam.

One would assume that consonantly being around all of the drinking and the porn, that Cas would pick up on some of the innuendos and playful pokes, but he doesn't- not really. Only around his older brother, Gabriel, does Cas let himself truly relax. Unfortunately for the angel, this was not one of those times.

"Dean, that's just disgusting, i mean come on, *Jack and Jill* is a nursery rhyme for kids, you shouldn't be turning it into something like that..." Sam trailed off, trying to hold back his laughter, but his eyes deceived him. Dean just rolled his eyes at the comment, slid off of the hood of the impala, and grabbed a beer from the cooler sitting on the ground. He offered one to Cas, who declined, before twisting off the cap and taking a long drink. Gabriel would have loved to be here, he loves foolishness in general, thought Cas.

There was a flutter of wings then: "You're right Cassie, I would love to join, thanks for the invite." Three pairs of eyes shot to the newest member of their party, a smiling Gabriel. "Do you boys have anything going on today, or may I have your permission to change our surroundings" he continued, the smile never leaving his face, yet not quite touching his eyes. Sam and Dean looked at each other, and then at Cas. When their eyes met again, the amusement was back.

"What the hell," they said together, "What's the worst that could happen?"

With a snap of his fingers, Gabriel transported them all to a large open field, in the distance, there were a few horses grazing in the sun. It was beautiful, as nothing but the best would do for his little brother. Especially if it meant Cas and Dean would finally admit there not-so-secret feelings for each other. A smirk flashed and then disappeared as Gabriel thanked his father for not allowing his sons and daughters to read each others minds. Castiel would smite him where he stood if he knew his motives.

Sams eyes lit up at the sight of the horses. He looked at Dean with a wide smile, no doubt thinking of the time his older brother snuck him into a petting zoo when he was seven. They both cherished the memory. Sam couldn't help but wonder if the thought and current location were related in some way.

"Yes." Remarked Gabriel slowly. Sams eyes raced to the archangels face, confusion flooding his features, before realization dawned on him.

"Cas, can Gabe read minds?" Sam inquired sulkily.

"well -sigh- he is a celestial being, all of us can do it, but we generally only do it if we are trying to please one human in particular." stated Cas in a bored voice, "why?"

"Oh, um, no reason, just curious is all," Sam sputtered, eyes moving back to the horses in the distance, all the while wondering why in the world would Gabriel want to please him? Although in retrospect, this could all be for Dean, it seemed as though he had fun that day aswell. Well, may as well enjoy the view... i wonder if I can ride one...

"Well Sam, when you're with me, you can do anything you want," Gabriel whispered in Sams ear, "anything at all." He pulled away and winked at Sam.

(* Jack and Jill went up the hill, so Jack could get some fanny. But Jack got a shock, and a mouth full of cock, cause Jill's real name is Andy.)
