Chapter 1
Arizona had just returned back to Seattle from a business trip she had just previously been on across the US in Boston when she sees 16 year old Sofia sitting in a chair with all her luggage as she is exiting the airport and makes her way over to her slowly and sighs with her arms crossed over her chest.
"Sof?" Arizona says
Sofia looks up.
"um where ya going?" Arizona wonders
"anywhere that's not here in stupid Seattle!" Sofia tells her
Arizona just sighs and drops her luggage and sits down.
"you want to tell me what's going on?" Arizona wonders
"nothing." Sofia tells her
"Sof." Arizona says again rubbing he thigh
Sofia brushes her hand off.
"so once again where you going?" Arizona wonders and waits for her to respond
"come on kido?" Arizona tries again
"nowhere!" Sofia tells her again madly
"okay, so um h..how did you get here?" Arizona wonders
"called a cab." Sofia tells her
"you got in a cab by yourself Sofia!" Arizona says angrily
"don't yell at me!" Sofia tells her
"I'm sorry." Arizona tells her
"I'm getting out of stupid Seattle and I'm going to Los Angeles to try and find my mom!" Sofia tells her
"oh." Arizona says heavily and sighs
"is this because your mom and I are no longer together and is with Addison in LA?" Arizona wonders
Sofia just shrugs "Maybe." she says like angrily like Callie
"Sof..um did something happen with your dad today that your running away like this?" Arizona wonders
Sofia just stays quite and Arizona just waits
"I don't know he just..he doesn't care he spends all his time with stupid Lexie to care about me!" Sofia tells her
"your dad loves you kido." Arizona tells her
Sofia shakes her head "no he doesn't he doesn't even want me or want me around." Sofia tells her
"What..of course he does Sof!" Arizona tells her
Sofia just shakes her head getting angry clenching her fists.
"I'm going to Los Angeles end of discussion!" Sofia tells her angrily
"Sof have you even called your dad to tell him that your here?" Arizona wonders
Sofia scrunches her eyes and face "no and I don't care." Sofia tells her
"but he does and is probably worried sick about you right now." Arizona tells her
"good I don't care!" Sofia tells her
"come on lets call him and I will take you home." Arizona tells her taking out her cell phone
Sofia just shakes her head "No!" she says madly
"I'm calling your father." Arizona tells her and dials Mark's number but gets an answering machine and leaves him a messege and hangs up
Sofia hears her flight get called "I have to go." Sofia tells her grabbing her bags
"fine just let me walk you to your gate." Arizona tells her
Sofia just nods and lets her "okay so I guess this is good-bye." Sofia tells her
Arizona just nods "okay good-bye Sofia I love you tell Calliope I said hello." Arizona tells her
Sofia just nods "I will." she says and just looks at her and smiles and slowly gives her a hug
Arizona hugs her back tightly holding her tight
"alright I have to go." Sofia tells her
"yeah you do." Arizona says and lets go of her
"bye." Sofia says
"have a good flight sweetie." Arizona tells her and watches her walk down the gate to her plane then leaves the airport and drives back to Seattle Grace Mercy West in tears
