The towering trees stood so tall that the daylight burned through the breaks of the trees like a torch in pitch black. It pierced though the woods towards a meadow where the trees seemed to part but the light glimmered down on it like a fire burning on the tress.

The meadow was small but magical the sheer magnificent of the meadow shown on it like a diamond ring. A hoar frost lay on the grass under my feet. The grass shone so bright that my eyes squinted at the sight of it. I walked so slowly towards the meadow that I was hardly moving my eyes kept scanning the trees, the meadow in front, everything. Trying to take it all in, I was like a little girl in a sweet shop. Eyes so wide, full of excitement.

After a few moments of trying to remember everything, kept it inside, I reached the meadow. After the trees, inside the meadow was so wonderful, so … beautiful. Taking up half of the meadow was thousands upon thousands of small but perfectly shaped daises. The thick white petals swayed in the light breeze that ever so quickly took my breath away. I quietly exhaled although no-one was here with me but it was so peaceful I didn't want to break it. My breathing was rapidly changing by the second. Eventually I was breathing slowly in and out keeping in time with the wind that came and went every time.

Somewhere close by, I could hear the bubbling music of a stream. The sun was directly above me, filling the circle with a haze of heavy sunshine.

Suddenly I saw it; it was literally sparked, like thousands of tiny diamonds were implanted in the surface. A prefect statue, carved in some unknown stone, smooth like marble, glittering like crystal.

The wind was now gentle; it tangled my hair and ruffled the grass. I sat, resting my chin on my knees unwilling to take my eyes off it. I sat just like a bird locked in the eyes of a snake. The eyes seem to glow with rash excitement. Then, seconds passed and they started to dim. He's face was inhumanly beautiful. He was lanky, with untidy, bronze-coloured hair. He lightly exhaled and smile at me with a vast smile widened over his brilliant teeth. Some how I found myself smiling back but, this was no normal smile it reached by my eyes.

I was in my happy place.
