Disclaimer!!!
I obviously don't own Harry Potter, and if I did, why would I be writing FAN fiction????

The war was over.
Voldemort was dead, never to return again, and Harry Potter was a free man at last.
There was a certain person Harry longed to be with, but he didn't know how to approach her. Would she be angry? Probably. Would she yell at him? Most likely. Would she take him back? The answer to that question was what scared Harry most, because he had no idea whether she would take him back into her life or shut him out completely. Ginny Weasley was the only girl he had ever loved- and will definitely maintain that title. But how was Harry to talk to the girl he had broken up with, then kissed on his birthday, and finally left without a single clue as to his whereabouts? Plus he took her brother and best friend with him. Harry wished so badly to be forgiven by Ginny, but found it nearly impossible to imagine happening.
***
Weeks passed, funerals were held, and still neither Harry nor Ginny made any attempts to speak to the other; however for very different reasons. Harry, of course, was in fact too frightened to talk to Ginny. He didn't know what to say, or how she would react, so turned to not talking at all.
Ginny, on the other hand, took Harry's silence the wrong way, and, feeling rather dejected settled to thinking her one-time boyfriend had since moved on.
This terrible silence between the two showed clearly to the rest of the house, as everyone was staying at the burrow. Mrs. Weasley and Hermione had particularly noticed the tension, and had frequent conversations about this new installment in Harry and Ginny's relationship. The only problem was that neither of the two women had any idea on what to do. Ginny wouldn't talk to Hermione about it, and Harry definitely wasn't about to talk to Ron about the strain between his best friend and sister.
Fortunately, something happened that neither Mrs. Weasley nor Hermione saw coming.
Hey guys, sorry this first chapter is so short, but it just felt right to leave it at a cliffie!
Hugs, kisses, and Saoirse-ness, (Saoirse Ronan, she's amazing!)
