And the main reason for writing this: to annoy Soul.

MAKAAA-CHOP!
''OUCH WHAT WAS THAT FOR MAKA'' Soul said in pain. "hehehe sorry I just wanted to do that'' Maka giggled. ''Whatever''... Soul was obviously annoyed. ''today is the summer festival!"(not actually in soul eater, but I needed a location so just deal with it :l) Maka practically yelled. ''and also the day I confess to soul...'' she thought. ''come on lets get ready!

''Wow..." Maka exclaimed as she looked at the festival in wonder. there was games, shops, a parade, and to finish: fireworks in many different colors and shapes were in the night sky. "YO MAKA, HEY SOUL, OVER HERE!" a familiar voice called out. Black Star and Tsubaki ran up to them. ''Hi guys!" Tsubaki said happily. "NO THE SYMMETRY IS RUINED! IM ASYMETRICAL GARABAGE, JUST LET ME DIE ALREADY" another voice they recognized. Liz and Patty came along the street pulling a sulking Death the Kid along with them. "oh hey, nice to see you guys here" Liz said. "what happened to him?" Black Star said while pointing at Kid. Liz and Patty made a weird face. "oh no..." Soul said while making the same face. Maka and Tsubaki seemed confused but then...
''FOOL'' they heard it. yup, the holy sword, Excalibur. Maka, Soul, Black Star, Tsubaki, Liz, and Patty looked around the corner. Kid was still sulking. They saw Excalibur pointing his cane at Crona. ''I don't know how to deal with being a fool..." Crona said obviously confused. (just put that scene in there for comic relief.)

Liz and Patty had to take Death the Kid home because he would not stop sulking, Black star found himself in yet another fight. Poor Tsubaki had to go with him. And Crona and Excalibur diapered to who knows where. So it was just Soul and Maka left. It was time for the big firework show at the summer festival. Fireworks were shot into the sky above a beautiful lake. Maka and Soul were sitting on a nearby bench watching them. Maka was shivering. ''here" Soul said as he put his jacket over Maka. "But- what about you, you might get cold..." Maka blushed while talking. "im fine." Soul replied as he turned to watch the fireworks. Maka soon fell asleep and leaned her head on Souls shoulder. ''I love you Soul" Maka said as she drifted to sleep. Soul just smiled and looked up at the sky.
