'The girls eyes widened as she stared to the man before her. Her heart pounding in her ears. "You what?" She asked, she looked to where his forehead and palms were sweating. "I-I love you god damnit!" Her heart skipped a beat as he heard him repeat himself.'
Paige closed her laptop and sighed. Her arms rested and crossed over the case. She had writers block. Nothing to write about. Her life was boring. And plain. She didn't have any motivation. Although, she knew she was different, but whenever she took the subject up in front of her parents. They started panicking and change the subject.
"Paige..?" She heard her mothers voice call from downstairs. "I'm in my room.." She croaked out, clearing her throat. "Could you come downstairs for a moment? There's someone here to talk to you." She frowned. She wasn't expecting anyone. She was good in school, so it wasn't like there was a teacher here to talk to her parents. And she didn't have many friends. The ones she did, weren't close enough to her to come to her house.
"Coming..."
She stepped down the stairs slowly. Looking at the strange bald man in a wheel chair, seated in her parents lounge room. "Paige..." Her mother said patting the seat next to her. She looked over to her father. He nodded assuringly. She sighed and took a seat with her. The man in the wheel chair smiled at her warmly. "Paige. I am Charles Xavier." She smiled. "And you already know who I am..." Paige commented. "Yes. I am aware of who you are." He cleared his throat. "Paige, Charles and I have been talking, and we..." Her father shuffled a bit on his chair. He spoke clearly. He had dark hair like Paige, although she had the embrè look. Blonde down at the tips. She also had green eyes. Just like her mother. "And, we've decided to send you to his school." She frowned, although she knew that she didn't have a say in decisions like this. "Whats wrong with the school I'm in now?" Even though she didn't intend on arguing, she wanted to know the exact reason. "Because your a mutant. Just like the hundreds of other students at my school." Charles stated plainly. "The new year and generation of mutants has come. And you will be on of fifty new students at my school." He directed his wheel chair to the door. Her father stood and helped him out. With that Paige was sent to her room, to pack her bags.
Proffessor X, wheeled his way back to a black SUV, from there, Logan helped him into the car. "She'll be there in the morning. Make sure you have her room ready."
